Rushing in 10 minutes before closing, the staff was BEYOND helpful and generous! They showed me everything I would need for a beginner such as myself, food, propper beding, viatamin C suppliments, ect. One of the guineas however had an upper respiratory infection. When I brought her in to Petco they suggested I leave both her for treatment and watch for two weeks. I took their advice and have no regrets. They have a vet they take all their animals to, and my guineas got checked out and put on some medication. The employees handled and did an amazing job taking care of my pigs! They even let me come in anytime to visit and play with them during the time they were being held and looked after. I was so pleased with my experience with the staff and how much they care about their animals, I won't go to any other PetCo. My babies have made a full recovery thanks to the wonderful staff. They really do care about the store and the animals they're trying to find a good home for! If I could give them 10 stars I would!

The "owner" replied to my comment asking me to call the store, which I did, and spoke to a manager who said that the owner would be in touch. That has yet to happen. I also spoke with corporate, who claimed they would reach out to me in the next 24 hours, a week has gone by and nothing has been done. I went to the petco in Clinton and saw that the aquatic animals are being severely neglected and abused, and when I voiced my concerns to the cashier Jocelyn, she was incredibly rude and disrespectful to me, in front of her manager who permitted this behavior to take place on the sales floor. Both women admitted that they were aware of the dead animals left in the tanks and the animal neglect and did nothing, besides tell me that "they're fish they die everyday" mind you, these fish/animals had been dead for so long that they were rotting in the tanks, and the living animals were eating them out of starvation, risking illness and outbreaks. If you are an animal lover, don't go here. It is definitely not a family friendly location. With dead animals left to rot and decay in tanks, along with living animals being forced to live in the same tank. Deeply upsetting, clearly Petco holds no accountability for the animal cruelty nor for their neglectful and rude staff. The Clinton location should be shut down.

That includes the posts for hanging your feeders, squirrel baffles, and bird baths. I have a ton of chipmunks and squirrels, so I usually come here to pick up the spicy pepper feed mix. It works extremely well and the birds love it. They also have the spicy pepper suet, however, that is usually easier to find. The staff are very knowledgable and always happy to give advice. Due to Covid, they limit the number of people in the shop at one time. Everyone wears masks and all customers are required to as well. They also have hand sanitizer at the door for you. If you already know what you need, you can order in advance and get curbside pick up.

I headed over to the filling station and there I waited for 18 minutes. I headed back to my car with my empty propane tank. I headed straight to Walmart. As I passed by the garden soil that I just purchased was marked only $5.49 per bag. Not only did I waste my time but evidently got seriously ripped off on the garden soil at tractor supply. I'm out. Never again will I go back. My time is important to me and so is my money.

I asked for a simple cut for my poodle, all the same length and to leave a little poof on her head. 7 hours later I go to pick her up and she looks nothing like a poodle!! Flat hair on her head with eyebrows! Shaved her so close to her skin she has multiple areas that are raw and irritated. She is sad and miserable. She is NOT a poodle and I expected the groomer to know how to groom her breed. And they certainly did not listen to what I wanted. I wanted her taken down to about half her current length. She was not, and the hair on her legs does not appear to have been cut much if at all - they look like cattails! I asked that the hair on her paws be cut short since she is a digger and I don't like her to track in dirt - this was not done at all. Her ears were also not cleaned, something that every other groomer we have used does. And to top it off, we were charged far more than quoted over the phone. I asked for an explanation and was told that we were charged for the scissor work that I did not request or want. I should have refused to pay, but I was too stunned and the process of relaying my dissatisfaction was not effective when I tried it because of the COVID pickup process. I have contacted Pampered Pets with my concerns but have not heard back. I will update this review with their response if I receive one.
