No one can go in. What's the problem, he asks me? I look at the clap trap on the sidewalk, look at the owner wondering why I'm not delighted to stand on the side walk and shop in 95 degree sun, and I walk away telling him that "I can only take so much past-pandemic craziness" I don't think he understood. My instructions were a light trim on any guard hairs that were extending beyond the normal shape of her body, trim her legs and feet, cut and grind her nails and do not touch her tail. Her tail length has been reduced by at least 2 inches and is uneven. She looks like some sort of terrier and not like a Pomeranian. I could not have been more disappointed.

It's closest to and shares a space with the new soap shop, Essentially Zen and has the side steps leading up to The Depot Grill. They have tons of items inside and a large raw hide bar area. They had grooming items, leashes, toys, facial cleaner, flea and tick treatments, allergy friendly foods for dogs and cats and loads of treats. I especially like that they have a cooler up front where they have puppy cookies and pastries and little birthday cakes. Staff were friendly and greeted us and offered assistance as needed. We purchases some soft baked goodies and a few other small items as well as two cookies and the babies loved them! We will be back. For sure.

I pick up my dog food once a month usually so I have been going there for the past 7months. But today I went in tried picking up my dog food which my sister ordered, but the girl in the front was just completely rude. No, greetings or hi how can I help you and as soon as I walked in she completely looked at me different. Regardless I came in walked up and said I needed to pick up my dog food, she asked can I get a last name. Usually I order my food online myself so knowing my sister bought it this time I used my last name and completely forgot she has gotten married recently and changed her last name. So when I gave her my last name the girl in the front looked at me like I'm crazy but I showed her screenshots with the order number and receipt that shows everything. She completely ignored that and asked for the last name so I just called my sister resolved it and gave her the right last name. After I said the last name she just stares at me for a second gives me a weird look and turned to look at her co worker then she kind of slowly turned around as she's hesitant to give me the dog food. When she did give me the dog food nothing was said no thank you or anything. Kind of sad I've been getting my dog food here for about half a year now and this one incident will have me look for another place to get my dog food from. Maybe try hiring people that will have them come back and not feel uncomfortable JUST TO PICK UP DOG FOOD can't imagine walking around asking for help about food with the kind of enthusiasm that the employee gives off. Great to know that this would be the last time I spend my money here!

However, NPS saved us! Emily and Lydia were both lovely to work with and they had just what we needed - Lotus Just Juicy Chicken Stew - and gave us a case discount, which we appreciated. They also have some great freeze-dried chicken cat treats I know Mimi will love and they hope to have the Bravo cat treats when they are available again in mid-September. We were so happy to learn that Kim still owns NPS because we worked with her for so long and trust her to be there for us when we need her.
