Christiana mall has a lot of great stores! I was on a business trip to Elkton, MD. and needed to buy some sweatpants. While I did not find any that I liked at this mall I did find other items I liked and bought. The mall itself is clean and has plenty of parking outside. The food court is pretty large with a variety of places to choose from. You will find something to eat here, there are a lot of places. There's also a Target which is super convenient! I love malls with Targets, it saves you an extra trip. The prices here felt a little lower than the Bay Area, CA. I went to JC Penny and found some nice things and the cashier lady even helped me get a coupon online to save a little extra cash. All the people I interacted with here were friendly. All the stores were out together and well stocked. The only thing I was not thrilled about was the Nordstrom. I love Nordstrom, I can even say I have a Nordstrom shopping problem. This Nordstrom is very underwhelming. There is not a whole lot of selection for women and I was bummed. I was looking to see if they had some items I saw online and they did not. The store itself was clean and the employees were very nice. I'll be writting a separate review for JC Penny and Nordstrom. This mall is a good place to shop with good stores inside. Nothing too high end, they have Coach but you won't see any of the higher end brands like Louis Vuitton or Gucci here.

However, there is always a good deal to be had at the Yankee candle shop or Bath & Body Works. We noticed on our trip today that the Pepperidge farm shop was no longer there. That was quite a disappointment because it was one of the reasons we wanted to go. True, I should have checked the website to see if it was still there but I didn't think I would have any reason to assume it was not. Regardless, if you are heading to the Eastern shore it's definitely worth making a stop; if for no other reason than to get some exercise in and enjoy a nice day.

Fun, antique store with three levels and organized very well…read more I made my first official purchase at this antique store after visiting a combined ten stores consisting of thrift stores and antique stores over the past few months. I found a hand signed and framed map of Egypt entitled "Treasures of the Nile". Shockingly it was only $5 bucks too, score! My girlfriend and I spent a total of two hours here and we both left with some purchases. They also had a pamphlet on the main counter by the register showing where over fifty antique stores are located in the Tri-State area. The customer service in this store has went Way down from 10-15 years ago. I was planning on buying a bunch of stuff but went somewhere else instead. A lot of this store sells their own brands at designer prices and can get much better stuff at TJX or stores in the mall area. They seem pointless to me -- but others love them, so there's that.) It's a small store, but they have pretty good hours and a steady clientele.
