I have been trying to speak with a human about my order that was supposed to be delivered on Sunday, 10/26, about a blanket that I ordered on line and was supposed to be delivered the same day by 10 pm. No one will answer the phone. I got a text that my order would be here by 4:14 and the girl showed up but could not find the order in her vehicle. She said she would call them. I used the Walmart+ app to order food for delivery. Twice I've done it and twice the delivery has been delayed for hours or not at all!!! The first time I ordered items and i got it 6 hours later. The second time I ordered items, I waited all day and night and ever got it, the app kept showing delayed progress. The following day I STILL did not get the items and the app still showed delayed. I contacted Walmart customer service to find on their end it shows as delivered by Mercedes. Guess what Walmart, Mercedes did NOT deliver my groceries! She did NOT deliver the juices and snacks I ordered for my children. She stole my children's food. What kind of person does that? Kris from Walmart customer service was no help. She insisted my order was delivered despite no photo proof on Walmart or Mercede's end. I contacted the Turnersville Walmart and they were even less helpful! Josh could not confirm if the delivery was made only that it was retrieved from someone. He didn't even confirm it was Mercedes who picked it up!! This location is the closest to our home and their prices seem to be lower than other locations that are in our vicinity. I know it sounds weird, but it's true. I noticed it years ago when we shopped at the Deptford Walmart bc we had just been to BJ's Wholesale Club which is mins away. When we shop at Walmart it's always with a list of specific items that we use often, so I know the prices and when the price was more at the Deptford location, I stopped and asked a manager who was walking by and he explained that the prices vary by the location bc the corporate office looks at each area it serves and the local income of families which decides what the price will be. (I think that's ridiculous, the Walmart prices should be the same no matter the location). Anyway, this Turnersville Walmart Super Center has great prices. But, good luck in the parking lot!! It's always packed, of course everyone wants a space that's closest to enter & exit the building. And the spaces are soo tight, so don't be surprised if your vehicle gets bumped or scratched. That's a big problem. Inside, it's pretty easy to navigate to find what you are shopping for, they also have that "Smart Style Salon" in there. I personally haven't had a haircut experience in there but I do go in to purchase hair care products in there. They carry Redken, Miracle It's a 10 & Catwalk/ Bedhead Products at a reduced prices!! My hubby has the Walmart/Sam's Credit Card which also makes it easy & affordable to go often for a variety of goods, including groceries, meats, produce, canned goods, frozen items & deli items. I'm giving it 3 stars bc honestly, I prefer our local Turnersville Target. To me, It seems bigger, brighter, cleaner with better quality items and the parking is not a death trap, lol. But again, if you've read my other reviews, you know I admit I'm a little OCD mixed with anxiety (Basically, stating I'm Italian should automatically clue you in to that, lol). This supercenter is actually a 24 hour Walmart. They have a large variety of products and this place is SUPER HUGE!!! I didn't spend a lot on this trip as I actually had a bit of control this time. Lol. I have been here late night but I'm glaad I visited at mid day. The store wAs clean & tidy. No huge stocking trucks/pallets were around lIke I had seen late night. There were suFficient registers available as well as self check out. The staff was pleasant & helped me find the items I specifically was looking for. Horrible service. We placed an online grocery order and when it was delivered a whole bags worth of items were missing and items were replaced with things we did not approve. Upon trying to call the store to rectify the situation, the store did not answer their phone for more than an hour. I had to drive to the store, which completely defeats the purpose of having the order delivered, so I think I was in the right when I asked for my delivery fee to be refunded as well. I was told that they cannot do that and that I would have to contact an 800 number to have that refunded. If I could give zero stars I would. Never order groceries online at Walmart. read more

Turnersville store never has electric carts available. So this time I decided to just walk with my cane as we were only grabbing a few thing. So we noticed that what we needed was on the riser. So my husband was about to attempt to get it himself and I told him I would go find someone to get it dow. The 1 girl that looked to be picking groceries for customer pick up I asked if she could get someone to get it down. Pointed to another girl just pushing a cart around. So I get her attention and I say that we need someone to get something off the top for us in the juice aisle. She sees I have a cane and she says to me well you have to go up to the front and ask them up there. I said that I will just have my husband figure out how to get it down himself. So that is what he was going to do. Until a vender that was filling his product, was nice enough to get it down for us. Basically when you can actualLy find help. Idiots delivered a bunch of groceries, to my house that I never ordered.

Honestly the worst Walmart that I've ever been to. Today I bought two shelving systems and brought it home to find that the second one's pieces never fit together. I brought it back, assembled and everything, to be returned. The man at the door told me to head to customer service and they will take care of it. I then proceeded to wait on a 40 minute line at customer service to be told that I should've had the piece carried in before coming over, just by telling her that the man at the door told me the opposite. I was then escorted out to my car and a nice carrier man helped me. We came back in and we then had to wait on line again. Then finally after getting my money back, I went to the back of the store to see if I could get the same shelf, just not broken. I waited at the hardware desk for nearly 35 minutes, after alerting two different people that I needed help and was left unanswered, until I finally gave up and walked away. I've then approached two other employees and just asked if someone could run a Walmart stock number for me and finally got help from someone in the photo center (???) [for a piece of hardware, yes]. Every time I visit this particular Walmart, they are out of EVERYTHING!!!! I'm not talking one or two times, I'm talking 20 times. The store is always a mess, shelves are empty, employees are rude. I can't believe I even gave it 20 chances. It is closer to me than the Williamstown Walmart and more convenient, but I end up having to drive to the Williamstown Walmart every time anyway because everything I'm looking for is always out of stock, or not on the shelf. No matter what time of day, shelves are not full. It's incredible. Must be management or something because I'm sure they have a stocked back room. I will NEVER go here again, even if it's just to run in for dog food, because I've done that, and regretted it EVERY time. My advice, drive the extra 5 miles south on the pike and go to the Williamstown Walmart, it's much nicer, cleaner, better stocked and better managed. read more

I purchased a printer at the Deptford store a few days ago. Then I found it cheaper at numerous web sites including walmart.com. So, with proof in hand, I went to the Turnersville store (as I was in that area at a business meeting). They refused to refund the price difference. For that, I would have to return to Deptford. But, I could return the printer at Turnersville and repurchase it at the lower price. That is just plain STUPID. I requested a manager. Someone with a name like Liesanea came over. About all I got from her was a blank stare. Lights on but no one home. She was not capable of seeing how ridiculous the policy was. Incidently, I use their Savings Catcher. Dispite this printer being $10 cheaper at Staples, Best Buy, and their own app, the Savings Catcher found no lower price. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS WALMART Store # 03774 located in Williamstown New Jersey!! I just left here and as I'm leaving, with bags in my cart and a water cooler in my cart. I was stopped by a Walmart associate asking if she could see my receipt. I kindly told her "I don't want to show my receipt." Her reply to me was " That's fine, I'll just check the cameras!" I called regarding the Xbox Series X and the phone was not answered about 4-5 different times, but once they answered I was told by a man that I would be able to come into the store to purchase it and he recommended I camp outside. After many hours of camping outside they let us in the store and all of the employees had no idea that they were supposed to be selling the Xbox that day, even the manager on duty. I was then told that I was given false information on the phone and then they did not sell the Xbox to me. I found out several hours later that they had 9 of them in stock and I could have bought one but they sold out before I got the chance. read more

Ok, so Turnersville Walmart lets you do grocery shopping online and then you pick it up. I've been using Shoprite's shop from home service for years. I think Walmart has actually outdone Shoprite! Walmart Pros: 1. The most friendliest customer service associate I have ever met. Her name was Luci and she was just the sweetest woman. 2. Dedicated parking spots for order pickup with the phone number clearly visible so you can call when you arrive 3. A working app that lets you check-in 10 minutes prior to your arrival so you're not stuck waiting long 4. A freshness guarantee 5. When an item is substituted, the associate shows you exactly what they have given you instead... and if the new item is more expensive, you pay what the original item costs 6. The ability to edit your order a gazillion times if you're like me and always forget to add something! 7. You can add non-grocery items as well. Not sure about something like a tv, lol, but definitely non-food items. 8. There is no extra cost for this service! (Shoprite charges $10 for pickup and $15 for delivery) Walmart Cons: 1. Ordering groceries is a long process if you want to browse. The site needs more filtering capabilities along with sorting abilities (price high to low) 2. Having to bring in your own groceries lol (I've used Shoprite's delivery service for years, so I'm spoiled!) 3. Having to drive to get the grocery order! 3rd strike Bad even by Walmart standards. Store is a mess. Employees avoid contact and are put off if you ask a question. Stock piled like a yard sale. Tried this store two previous times so I didn't have high hopes. Found a product (trampoline) online which showed as "in stock" at this location. Called to confirm. Was disconnected. Then put on hold with no check back after 11 mins (I finally hung up). Called again. Was told nobody could check to see if any were in stock and even if there were they wouldn't hold one until I could get there. I offered to buy one over the phone. Was told that I couldn't. Got there 30 mins later to find that there were none. Had someone paged to sporting goods. 15 mins later a young employee walked by. I asked if he worked in that dept. He said yes but he was on break. When I asked about the trampoline he said if there were any left they would be by the treadmills then walked away. A location this bad is the fault of management. After calling repeatedly and being left in hold for long periods of time, no answer, transferred and still not speaking with Joanne the Asst Mgr until today she did not even address the complaint of not being able to reach her, she nonchalantly said how may help you. I am sure the team members customer service is set to a high standard why is the managers not the same. I even spoke with Chris the support Mgr and he ensured me Joanne would call me back today, well to know avail. I was only attempting to teach out to her to discuss a homeless coat drive fund raiser, but was told they only assist within a 5 mile radius of The Walmart, if I would have known that or was informed of that I would not have wasted my time on hold or even made such an effort to contact her. Tonight I came into the Turnersville Wal-Mart just took for random odds and ends that's usually how it goes. My boyfriend and I found a tv we were interested in and usually in Wal-Mart you can NEVER. And I mean NEVER find someone who is willing to go out of their way to help you in any situation. While checking a t.v. out there was a gentleman with the name Teak Sun. He said he would try his best helping us with the tv getting some knowledge on it and why it was a 60" Samsung for 600 dollars. After helping us, he asked if he helped any. And he really did. He was so patient and kind. Someone in this walmart better give him some recognition because he deserves it. I've been coming here for 3 years and no one has ever went out of their way for me. The only saving grace is the store pickup section (hence the extra star). They are so friendly and polite. And even if you're stuck waiting, they at least try to be nice about it.
