A few days passed my hubby was checking out the stroller, he decided to push it in the garage because it had more open space. The left back wheel came off , hubby showed me them put it back on and asked that I return it. He didn't trust that it was put together correctly. I went to the Pet Supermarket the next day. Kinda fought my way through the front door with the stroller and box. The supervisor again was in the back. Someone was hiding to my right, I could hear them but couldn't see them. They looked busy but really weren't. Got in line for my return the supervisor took me because she had the authority to do reforms. She told me they weren't doing returns because of Covid, that the manufacturer was to pay for this return call them. Fighting with the door again still no one helped with the door. I put everything in my vehicle and called Petmate the manufacturer. They said that THE STORE was responsible and the manufacturer didn't kick in until 60 days after the purchase date. I drove back to the store. The supervisor called corp. and listened on speaker while I spoke with the manufacturer. Pet supermarket did the refund. However it was so juvenile, unprofessional, frustrating, demoralizing. Once on the phone with Petmate, they notified me that covid did not stop returns. Also there was special money put away for refunds. And that the manufacturer doesn't pay until 60 days after purchase. I made a u-turn with Petmate on the line. Once back in store I told them what was stated. The supervisor called corp. She listened to my phone on speaker while on the phone with the manufacturer. At one point she reached over and hung up my phone. I got the refund however the staff behaved so unprofessional, it was frustrating and demoralizing and juvenile. We worked with Kylee in the grooming area and she made the extra effort to help ease my girl when we arrived, and the grooming was fast and trimmed to perfection. Grooming Services- I arrived a few minutes early,…read more She was just finishing up a grooming. I watched the pups at both stations were calm and cooperated with the Pet Stylists. Commented on their behavior- Wondering to myself - this is going to be an experience- my pups run when this see the brush in my hand, and not a fans of confinement. I tried to give her a heads up. I have a 3year old Pomsky - she rules and controls most situations. The Siberian Husky in her demands that, the Pomeranian in her just adds to watch me - lol And I have a 10 month Samoyed, Shes a big girl already weighting in at 39 pounds. She also demands attention and they do make some commotion at times. Between the two She will be more likely to cooperate with the stylist. I joked and said which would you like first the excited and wild or happy all I want to do is be in your face? Allisyn chose the wild Pomsky. They were only getting a their nails trimmed. SAMMi went along turning her head to see if I was there, but went to table station. Table had many leashes and hooks to help keep the pups in place. SAMMi was challenging, trying to take back her paws, but she her was able to trim her nails down in no time at all. STEVi was next, she didnt look back - went along to the station. These stations were designed to keep them standing and in place to make the stylist job somewhat smooth and timely. STEVi figured out how to sit and have her nails trimmed. I watched and was amazed at the controll, patience and skill she had when handling my puppies. Well - ALLISYN is a dog whisperer. Happy to say it went well. No issues at all. Done in 30 minutes. Price was more than reasonable, compared to many. As for PetSmart - store was clean, well stocked and organized. I would recommend ALLISYN for your pups in need of a nail trimming- thats the only service here I can comment on.
