Then, they suggested, I could decide if I would like to get it repaired and tuned-up, or just buy a new mower. This was just a non-commercial mower for home use. After not hearing anything for a week, I called and was informed that the mower was ready. When I arrived, I was informed that they could not replicate the problem that I described, but that they had changed the oil and tuned-up the mower. The charge was about $90. The next time I used the mower, the same issue that I wanted repaired, occurred after 5 minutes of use. I expected more from TOPS. I only went there because of some excellent reviews online.

Dr. Allison Tewell-Merritt, was able to accommodate our last minute visit. 3. They were willing to remove the stitches from our spayed dog, even though they were not the clinic that conducted the initial procedure. 4. They were able to diagnose and prescribe medication for a ringworm infection our dog had as well. The infection is now fully healed. 5. All this was done for about $90, which is incredibly reasonable. I felt bad paying so little. My girlfriend and I had the most pleasant experience here, and it was a pleasure watching Dr. Tewell-Merrit work with our dog. For those of you complaining about these outrages charges of $150 or so, please re-home your pets. Part of being a responsible pet owner is knowing you can afford your pets medical bills. Last most of you on here with your negative reviews because of price should actually do some research and compare prices.

I let her know we were going on 3 hours of waiting and that if we would have known it would take that long we would have rather rescheduled and returned at a later time. I let them know it was understandable if they were booked, but that it would be professional of them to let the customer know that. The receptionist was not too receptive of my request. Lesson learned on my behalf, schedule an appointment if you want to go there. Veterinarian did speak to us and was very professional and apologetic unlike the receptionist.

I went and pick my cat and the veterinarian did not talked to me or had the decency to apologize, instead had an old fat guy talked to me. So please beware of this place and protect your pets, for my is too late.
