Our dogs were very well taken care of. The facility has a lawn area where the dogs can decompress, play, and enjoy some outdoor time, which we really appreciated. The boarding areas are also thoughtfully designed in different sizes to accommodate pets comfortably. Since we had two dogs together, they were placed in a larger space, which was perfect for them. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and responsive. Whenever we checked in to ask how our dogs were doing, they were quick to respond and even sent us a video update, something that gave us a lot of peace of mind while we were away. Thank you so much to the team for taking such great care of our pets. We would absolutely trust you with them again.

The staff went above and beyond to call us and let us know how he was doing with the fireworks and that they were keeping a close eye on him! When we came for pick up - he wasn't overly stressed or was acting different at all. He was truly cared for and loved during his stay! I let her know we were going on 3 hours of waiting and that if we would have known it would take that long we would have rather rescheduled and returned at a later time. I let them know it was understandable if they were booked, but that it would be professional of them to let the customer know that. The receptionist was not too receptive of my request. Lesson learned on my behalf, schedule an appointment if you want to go there. Veterinarian did speak to us and was very professional and apologetic unlike the receptionist.

What really upset me was seeing cats crammed into cages way too small for them they are looking stressed and uncomfortable. I have sent my dog here because on previous appointments, she comes back correctly groomed, well taken care of, and with no harm. However the fate of my poor dog Sugar changed due to this "well recommended grooming spa." The man that killed Sugar called my parents saying that she passed out and died "UNEXPECTEDLY." This was ridiculous to my ears because my dog is 5 years old, and is healthy. We couldn't believe it, so my parents rushed to the grooming spa and arrived seeing Sugar dead. My mom broke down and went outside to the car while my dad was asking for the camera footage. The man was hesitant, finally he showed my dad the footage and you can hear him say "ya te cagastes otra ves pincha perra" which occurred due to the fear. Next you can see the guy grab her from her throat and smash her against the metal tin where they shower the dogs. After throwing her, he picks her up again and repeats it. Sugar was a small dog, so the impact she took caused her to die. You could hear the loud bangs when she was getting thrown and her loud cries. The other employees acted like they didn't know what was going on, but there's no way they didn't hear all of that happening to her, and didn't even try to stop him. This man did not even have papers, and was arrested. However according to the supposedly "new owners" they "weren't aware"of the employees they had hired. This is something that I would not wish on any person. Sadly it happened to me, which is why I want to bring awareness to this situation. Sugar was a family dog and she was the sweetest pup I knew and she deserves justice. She was loved by everyone in the family and now my grandma doesn't have her by her side when she most needs her. All the owners wanted to do was pay me the worth of my dog. And they didn't let me record the video they showed me. Do you really think I wanted to spend my Christmas Eve like this? Now every year in Christmas I will be constantly reminded of my dog that they took away from me and my family. I never had this problem before, but I checked the reviews and I am not the only dog parent who has bad things to say about this facility.
