My father is a doctor so he came over and it turns out he had a horrible chemical conjunctivitis. Vet visit and $200 later I was told the same. I called Petsmart. They claim that absolutely nothing happened and they did not notice anything at all. Won't accept any sort of responsibility. If they didn't notice anything then it's straight up negligence. This picture is of him two days later. Still could barely open his eyes. I will never go back!

We've taken our dog there about six times for grooming. There was one girl there who did an…read moreexcellent job--so we went back. The last two times---terrible--but that girl was no longer there. Our dog itched like crazy after the last two times because they apparently dont rinse him off well. the last time--and this will be the last time I take our dog there--they barely washed him. They didn't wash his head at all--there was still dirty in his white beard. They didn't even trim up his head--nothing--even tho I asked them to trim his head. Didn't trim his tail like I asked. Basically washed his body, shaved his body and that was it. i'm done with them. Our doesnt mind being groomed, so not sure why they didn't trim him. Horrible. Absolutely horrible. Its like they don't even pay attention to details.

I love this humane society. I lived in Sheboygan, WI for about ten years and have adopted three…read moreanimals from SCHS, two cats and one dog. Each and every time I went in with the intention of adopting, SCHS workers helped me pick out the pet that best suited my lifestyle. I adopted my first cat when I was only 19. When I found that she was lonely I went in to adopt another cat and they allowed me to bring in my first cat so that we could see how she reacted to the new cats. It was fantastic. The staff was so friendly and flexible. On top of that, they really listened when I was living in an apartment, 21, and ready for my first dog. Rather than push a larger, older dog on me (it would have been understandable since they had so many that needed homes!), they set me up with a smaller terrier. He was the perfect dog for me in so many ways. I had never considered a terrier before, but when I needed to move I was grateful that I had a dog that would be accepted into apartment buildings and could ride with me in the cabin of an airplane. I still love the woman who helped me for setting up such a perfect match! The only negative is that their space is small and dingy looking. However, they are apparently planning on upgrading in 2013. In short, if you are willing and able to adopt do it with SCHS.
