If you can't find something, I'm sure that 1 of the employees would be glad to help you out. 4th, their plants, flowers and trees are just beautiful and lively. We've never bought something we planted that died. The young lady that works out in the nursery area, is always a sweetheart. She makes the trip worth it. 5th, prices may be a little higher than a big box store, but remember you're shopping at a family owned business. This was not a minor issue -- it was a dangerous, life-threatening failure directly tied to the unit they serviced. We were notified of the incident on Monday and I contacted the company that same day and was told we would hear back. By Tuesday morning, there had been no follow-up, so we physically went to the business to speak with the owner. The response was dismissive. We were told he hadn't spoken with his business partner yet and that "they had trucks and pallets to unload" -- apparently a heater exploding in an occupied home is not a top priority. We even offered to have them come out and inspect the heater themselves, and they declined and wanted nothing to do with it. When we calmly asked that they contact their insurance company to begin the claims process, we were told it "wasn't their problem" and were hung up on. You would think hiring a licensed contractor would prevent something like this, but clearly that was not the case. Instead of urgency, accountability, or concern for safety, we were met with excuses and disregard. I will be pursuing this matter further. If this is how they handle a life-threatening failure directly tied to their own work, that should be a serious red flag for anyone else considering utilizing their services.

Turns out it was missing the bearing and brought it in to have it repaired being it was still brand new and under warranty. We were told buy one guy we probably got a manufacturer defect, it happens. The next guy told us that we ran it with the break on and we are the reason it is broken so it will be 350 for the repair. Sent claim to stihl and they denied the claim due to what this asshole insisted happened. Kept telling my husband I'm not saying you're lying but .... Like my husband works with chainsaws at work and knows how to use them, he's not stupid and this guy kept inferring otherwise. Just went to pick it up to bring to another dealer for repair and they handed us the saw in pieces, covered in grease, in two boxes !! That is not the way it was given to them so why are they refusing to give it back that way. Horrible and absolutely unprofessional customer service. They have lost my respect and the money I spend at this store. I'll go elsewhere! If I could give zero stars I would. Hire better people ! Update- brought it to another repair shop and they said it is manufacturer defect and couldn't have possibly been our fault. They also said they are getting a lot of people with repair slips from agway on work that was never done. Seems to be all about the money over there because they tried to profit 350 off me for something the manufacturer covered. Absolutely ridiculous!

They aren't big, but they are incredibly friendly and always willing to help. I get all my bird feeding supplies there. I get my propane tanks filled there too. They are very community-oriented. They do trophies and screen-printing also. If you need windows or doors for a double or single-wide, they're your place. they have lots of supplies for dogs and cats, as well as farm animals.
