I appreciate her years of experience, attention to detail and her commitment in staying up-to-date with vet med advancements. I think one of the most important things about her, is that she truly understands/trusts that you know your pet the best - she actually listens and always takes your opinion into consideration when seeking the best treatment options. She understands that each animal is an individual and there is no "one size fits all" when formulating her treatment plan. She loves to educate and will answer all of your questions in a kind, non-condescending way. When asking her questions/opinions, she is always direct and to the point, but never harsh in her answers. This review is long overdue. Dr. B has helped me through a lot of scary times... emergency surgeries, cancer treatments, kidney failure, a rare urinary disorder, endocrine disorders, chronic skin issues and respiratory diseases on top of routine vaccines, bloodwork and dentals. The company is Merck and it is a Nobivac Lepto 4. The serial number 02171339 exp 6/3/27. The Leptospirosis vaccine was administered by Dr. Beaulieu and she did not document this or report it until 02/11/2026 after I raised hell. I just got off the phone with Merck and the gentleman told me they just called two hours ago to report it. I was under the impression this was taken care off until I got in touch with Dickin and found out it had not. Not one professional in that office thought to raise their voice and do the right thing until I demanded it be done. Not even yesterday either when I was upset and standing up Skye and the other animals that may have had an adverse reaction. So how many got left unreported? This is frightening and unethical. My dog was perfectly healthy before I was talked into this garbage. She was even referred to a neurologist at Cornell. No one thought we should be an advocate for our animals. No STARS
