You can actually get thoughtful, coherent answers to questions, unlike the big box stores where employees either hide in the break room or refuse to make eye contact with any customers, lest they be asked a question.

I purchased a waterer on 3/30/25 and within 2 weeks my bank caught several fraudulent charges on my card. I have also received several phishing emails and other emails claiming I have signed up or made purchases for various things. Their website is the ONLY place I had entered both that email address and that card information. My friend purchased a waterer in early April 2025 and as of 5/5/25 their CC company caught multiple fraudulent charges as well. We both have called the company to let them know and they state they have found no issues on their end. I do not believe this is true. The common thread is that we both purchased from Bar Bar A. Either they have a vunerability within their website or an employee is selling people's information. USE CAUTION WHEN BUYING FROM THEM. Perhaps call and order over the phone or skip this waterer all together. I was planning on buying several more to install and had multiple other people ready to order some but we are now looking for a new product elsewhere.

I was a bit surprised today when I was presented with the front doors of the store requiring masks. When I entered the store, there were three store workers at the checkout stand, none of which were wearing masks. I retrieved my product at the back of the store with the help of yet another store employee who WAS wearing his mask. I probably passed about five customers in the store, none of whom were wearing masks at all. So clearly the sign on the front of the store is not slightly enforced. PLEASE at a time when COVID infection rates are at their highest and ICU departments in hospitals are busting at the seams, please commit to do your part. Today was the day where the medical officer of the Utah State Department of Health expressed extreme frustration in peoples unwillingness to own some of this responsibility.
