The first time, I had an appointment and had to wait for 45 minutes before the nail tech I booked with can begin working on me. The second time, I was assured I wouldn't have to wait and would be seen right away. I still had to wait 20 minutes. This final time, I called and asked for an appointment time when the nail tech was actually open and available. I stressed the fact that I could not wait. They assured me she would be available. I show up at said time, and was asked to wait next to booth where she was working. I can see she was still working on a full set. The owner then told me she was just polishing, even though I could see she was not ready to polish yet. I was asked to wait. She then tried to get someone else to do my nails. But I am very picky, so I knew this would be a bad idea. I ended up leaving before I wasted another 30 minutes of my life. Overall, they do a decent job. But if you are in a time crunch and make appointments expecting to be seen on time, expect to be disappointed. This is not good place for people who value appointment times and being on time.

After they got new owners, it's been the worst. I've been coming here for almost 10years and the…read morenew staff are not it. My mother and I came here to get pedicures and one set of nails for myself. The guy in charge wouldn't want to work. Apparently he was the only one that day able to do gel x nails but he ended up telling his staff to tell me to come tomorrow for a different employee. I would understand if it was busy but this day was dead! He was just on his phone and sitting in the massage chair. My mom and I just got our pedicures and left. We only stayed because we got helped by someone we been knowing forever. Besides us getting our service done, there was an older lady asking me for help translating. I was more than happy to help. The employee helping her was very rude and seemed like she was annoyed. The point is to give customer their desired nail design. The older lady asked me to tell the employee if she can add a design on her nail, which I let the employee know. The employee was not answering me; and the guy who was doing nothing was just interfering with me. Nobody was giving me an answer if they are able to do the design. I just started to state if anybody is gonna give their customer what she is asking for since nobody is saying anything. Once it was time to pay, the guy was so quick getting up and charging.
