I honestly can't say enough good things about this place. From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely welcomed -- you can truly feel the heart behind this family-owned business. Hellen, the owner, is such a beautiful soul and it shows in every detail of her shop. She's kind, attentive, and clearly passionate about building something special. The talent here is on another level. My nails came out absolutely stunning the artistry, precision, and creativity that Hellen and her amazing nail artist bring to their work is incredible. You're not just getting your nails done... you're getting wearable art. Every design is done with care, patience, and real pride in their craft.

From the very beginning, Helen was incredibly sweet over the phone and was able to fit me in for a gel pedicure at 5:30 on a Sunday--which is almost unheard of since most places in the area close by 5. When I arrived, I was helped right away. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the level of attention really stood out. Kim did my pedicure, and I highly recommend her. She was very meticulous and gentle--something I truly appreciate since I'm pretty sensitive when it comes to nail care. She took her time, carefully removed all the dry skin, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I got the deluxe pedicure, which took about an hour and a half. It was so relaxing, and my feet feel incredibly smooth and refreshed. The pedicure was $50 and included the scrub, callus treatment, mask, and massage. I added gel polish for an additional $10--definitely worth it. I'll definitely be coming back, next time for a full nail set!

My nails were in really bad shape and I needed a refill badly, but they cleaned everything up perfectly and made my nails look amazing. I just randomly found this place nearby and decided to give it a try, best decision ever! They did my powder nails and the result is absolutely beautiful. Super clean, super detailed, and very professional. They really take their time and care about how your nails are going to look. I'm obsessed with how nice they turned out! The lady was accommodating, attentive and ensured she understood what was wanted. My daughter ended up adding two bows at the end and she didn't charge her extra which was really nice of her. Kim and Helen are amaaaaaaaaziiiiiiiiiing!!!! They will literally replicate whatever inspo pic you bring in! I'm so specific when it comes to my nails and maybe a bit too much and they absolutely delivered! Very clean as well with impeccable good vibes, this is the place, look no further. They will open early, stay late, make sure you're fed and quenched, this place is special for sure l; come get pampered! I hadn't done my nails in over four years and they were so meticulous and detail oriented, I really felt taken care of. The pedicure was just as great, honestly probably the best one I've ever had. I came in for a professional, sanitary and simple (no gel) pedicure and this is exactly what I received. I was a past customer of Utopia Nail Salon on Artesia (in the Albertson's shopping center) and could not see myself going back. I'll post a review about this shop. I didn't have an appointment and Helen was working on a customer. She was honest in letting me know that it would be a 30 minute wait. She continued working on her customer without rushing which is something that you don't see in these nail shops anymore. Once she started working on me, she was not trying to upsell me on additional services. She was so very kind and I felt right at home. This is the type of nail shop I've been looking for! If you are looking for a nail salon that does professional work, does not have a ton of people sitting around, clean and relaxing environment, then this is the place. Helen is a nice lady, but sure played me. My toe nails came put crooked. And my nails are absolutely disgusting, my nails are badly shaped and crooked as well took almost 3 hours after bragging that the nail tech was the best. I spent $110 minus her 20% off for complete garbage. Never coming back to this place again. Again, lady was nice but terrible job doing my nails and feet. Dont recommend this place. read more

I recently visited Elegant Nails for a gel manicure on natural nails and I couldn't be more happy with how they turned out. The nail technician was incredibly skilled and paid close attention to every detail, redoing the design if it wasn't perfect. I was worried the inspo pic I chose was going to be too difficult to freehand but they nailed it perfectly. See attached photos I also appreciated how the staff took the time to ask about my preferences and made sure I was satisfied with the results. I found out about this cute little spot on tik tok... I came to try it since it was close to me. I called a little a head of time to see if they could do a pedicure for my daughter and I. Helen said absolutely come on in. She's such a bright and happy energy 100% girls girl. She took very good care of us. Lam also had great customer service and did a great job on my full set and it was refreshing to see they offered Gel X and not just acrylic- that's rare to find at nail salons! They know customer service. Welcoming and kind. Offered me water upon arrival. Came for a regular pedicure, no gel for $25. As you sit on a massager chair they get rid of dead skin also while moisturizing, you get a foot massage. I appreciate the softness. I've been to shops that are aggressive and it's painful. Enters Ivy. They covered my lap, Ivy started my Gel-X fill while Theary continued my pedicure, and I couldn't believe what was happening. Two services at the same time, zero rushing, and incredible attention to detail. I was in and out in about an hour, which honestly felt like magic. Not only did they both do an amazing job, but they had me laughing the entire time. It felt less like a nail appointment and more like hanging out with friends who also happen to be incredibly talented. I've been getting my nails done for years, and this level of efficiency and customer service is rare. Let's just say my nail salon back home might be getting a few pointers after this experience. When I got there, of course I was upsold an additional $30. I have eyelash extensions, so I asked if the daughter could ask the mom if she had something to protect my lashes. They ensured me that my lashes would be fine, as they have several customers that wear lashes. At the end of the appointment, my lashes were a mess. I didn't feel that she "protected" my lashes like what was conveyed to me. They were a mess, and if you wear extensions, you know how expensive they could be. So I wasn't ecstatic about that. The environment in the room was cozy, and the table was warm. The mom bundled me up with blankets and I felt good. There wasn't any calming music, and I just heard the television from the main nail room. It would've been nice to have some soothing music, to cultivate a full relaxing experience. While I ultimately enjoyed the facial, I found parts of the facial experience to be rough. She massaged my shoulders, top part of my chest and facial pressure points. Later, the daughter told me she did acupuncture as well. It was kind of hard and not very relaxing for me. At the end, the daughter said that in order to obtain the full benefits of the facials, she advised me to come at least weekly. In this economy, I can't afford to come weekly or even biweekly. I may or may not revisit.

My feet have been through it the last couple of years (sports) and I wanted to get serious about caring for them properly, not just getting them painted. Of course, I turned to Yelp for the scoop and zeroed in on Ms. Glen's Therapeutic Manicures & Pedicures. I finally got a chance to go see Ms. Glen and it was everything I wanted and more. It was relaxing (I fell asleep)! It was restorative! My feet felt and looked healthy and cared for. I didn't get polished which is great because I have been wanting to go natural for a while to let my nails breathe and focus on what's really happening with my toe nail health. So may things I loved (in no particular order): - Very communicative from the appointment (via phone) to the confirmation and directions (via text) - Ms. Glen greeted me at the door - The studio smells divine (really sets the tranquil mood) - The studio was intimate (just me - yay) - The space was very clean (I am a stickler for clean) - There was a complimentary water waiting on me - Ms. Glen has developed her own techniques and products which speaks to her dedication and specialization (I love people who are passionate about what they do!) - Every step of the treatment was appreciated! (very detailed, very attentive, think - pampering your feet from the in-depth massage to the parrafin to the soaks to the grooming and much much more) - I got socks! This was such a special and much needed last step that I never knew I needed. It made my feet more comfortable and protected after such a beautiful treatment. She even asked me my size. How's that for customer service! - Now this one may seem trivial but I never had to hold my feet up during the treatment unless I was transitioning from the bowl to a towel. I do not like having to do that while someone attends to the bottom of my feel or heels. Ms. Glen has it worked out where I can truly relax the whole time. I also left with one of Ms. Glen's therapeutic hand and foot oils in Lemon. She makes the oils herself! It smells so good and leaves a refreshing but not overpowering scent. It feels good oiling my feet every night. Like another reviewer said, this is not your run of the mill pedicure shop. This is a therapeutic service that is worth every penny. My goal is to make this a regular treatment. If my feet are healthy, I am healthier! Thanks Ms. Glen for such a wonderful experience! I'll be back. And thanks again for the massage therapist recommendation. Rest and recovery, here I come!

If your feet are in need of TLC, renewal and restoration, Ms. Glen has a carefully curated service that will leave your feet feeling brand new. I had recently purchased a soap that helps with skin discoloration. It hasn't been making any improvement in the uneven skin tone and dark marks on my feet. Turns out I just needed an appointment with Ms. Glen. The exfoliation she provided literally rubbed away 15 years from my feet. My dry scratchy heels were left supple and smooth and the calloused areas were left soft. Had I known what I was in store for I would have taken before and after pictures. She even provided socks for me to leave in, to seal in the moisture. My favorite part hands down was the massage. She kneaded into these tired soles, and I needed that! I paid a little more than the price listed (which she does quote as a base price) but she also spent almost 2x the amount of time listed. My Fiancé noticed the difference in appearance and feel immediately. I intentionally waited until 24 hours+ had passed to write this review, wanting to see if my feet would feel just as nice. THEY DO!! Ms. Glen definitely puts pride in her work and I love how she checked in throughout the process to ensure I was satisfied along the way. I recommend her service to anyone looking to give their feet a more youthful feel and look. And if your feet have severe issues that might keep you from visiting open public salons, her private suite will help you feel comfortable and secure. Right before I left, Ms. Glen threw in a bottle of her therapeutic hand & foot oil once she saw how dry my hands were. I had discussed my upcoming nuptials with her and she wanted to make sure my hands moisturized properly for my big day, even providing a demonstration on proper application. Ms. Glen is a gem!

While we were chatting, she noticed my Gel-X nails had grown out and mentioned they had time to do a fill. I admitted I'm ridiculously picky about my nails and usually don't let just anyone touch them. Without missing a beat, she smiled and said, "Don't worry, I have the perfect person for you." Enters Ivy. They covered my lap, Ivy started my Gel-X fill while Theary continued my pedicure, and I couldn't believe what was happening. Two services at the same time, zero rushing, and incredible attention to detail. I was in and out in about an hour, which honestly felt like magic. Not only did they both do an amazing job, but they had me laughing the entire time. It felt less like a nail appointment and more like hanging out with friends who also happen to be incredibly talented. I've been getting my nails done for years, and this level of efficiency and customer service is rare. Let's just say my nail salon back home might be getting a few pointers after this experience. I had such an amazing experience at this nail salon! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and super attentive. The place was clean, relaxing, and had a great vibe. I'm very disappointed with the shop owner Helen, she's very messy in money. Her way of working is very bad, always keeping the income of the worker who does not want to be young and when returning is not enough.
