The staff is phenomenal and I actually laughed the whole time I was here. From check-in to check-out I was treated with the utmost respect and received quality care. I see Dr. Kyle Jon Mazellan, MD at the Community Spine Center - North. He has shown wonderful bed side manner, care, concern and has offered effective rehabilitation for my lower back pain- I've suffered from for years. I opted for surgery to be performed at Community Surgery Center Hamilton. By Dr. Mazellan and staff. There I received amazing care from Trena, Jean and Karen. Karen went beyond and made me feel especially cared for. Even calling me to let me know I left some very special personal items behind that I quickly retrieved. To note, I was able to opt out of an IV and my holistic practices were well received and respected. I was able to refuse harmful drugs with lasting effects.. I would HIGHLY recommend them.

It was definitely more kid friendly than the other St. Franciscan center we used previously. In addition, we clicked very well with our daughters ENT (Dr Dugan) that we plan to see her for ourselves this year. Cigna insurance covers at this location to us, if that helps you decide!

I forced him to cite his reference to support his conclusions. I asked that the citation be included in the clinical notes. He did not include it. After going back and requesting it, his office staff spoke to him and they provided a citation that undermines his own conclusions and documented findings. Don't expect an honest assessment. I have already placed a call to file a formal complaint. So far I have not received a response. Whether Goodman Campbell, writ large, is 1-star, I can't say. My experience with Dr. DePowell was sub 1-Star.

He is one of the leading neurosurgeons in the world when it comes to baclofen pumps so I knew I was in good hands. I had tons of questions and concerns before committing to the surgery. Dr. Lee sat down with me and thoroughly answered all my questions. Since having my surgery, I can honestly say it was the best decision for me. The nurse who maintains my pump is fabulous! She makes me feel comfortable and at ease. I love that they empower me to make decisions about what I need as far as my meds. I highly recommend Goodman Campbell if you need a baclofen pump.
