(I will show what I asked for and what I got) The woman who did my nails did not place an under coat for the French tips so you could still see the white plastic tip of the nails, she did one coat of polish and then a top coat and sent me in my way, I paid 135$ for these nails that were sloppy and rushed and for a poor basic pedicure I'm frustrated because I went in to feel beautiful and felt disgusted by my nails there were areas where you could literally see through the nails (specifically on my pinky) I had them soaked off at another nail salon 2 days after having them done. I will not be returning.

The cost of a regular pedicure (not gel) is $30. That was $5 less than Bay Nails on Fort Smallwood Road next to Dollar General. I tipped $5. Sunny's was closer to my home. I could have walked there. I called, and they told me to come in to get them fixed. They asked me who did my nails, and I couldn't remember his name, but he happened to walk up to the desk. The staff tried to look me up on the computer but couldn't find my visit on 9/17. The nail tech and I proceeded to look for the color we used. I thought I found it, but he just brought me back to his station without finding the color match. He simply filed my nails down to nubs and put a clear coat over them. To no surprise, they started chipping a few days later, and now I am just trying to stretch it out since I paid $130 for a dip mani and pedi. I am mostly frustrated at the fact that he kept saying "it wasn't him" who did my nails. I literally said to him, "I'm not crazy. It was you." I almost followed up with "Unless you have an identical twin brother with the exact same tattoos, it was you." He was obviously annoyed the whole time. The guy even stuck his phone in my face to show me a receipt of some kind. The nail tech next to him said to me, "It couldn't have been him because the only customer he had that day was a dip mani and a pedi." I said, "Yah. I had a pedi too." Insinuating your customers are liars is bad business. And so is doing a poor job not only the first time, but the second.
