She complained about my nails and cuticles, even though that's part of the service I was paying for. She then told me she couldn't do the short almond shape I've been getting for months. When I asked if she could recreate the design, she said she'd try her best, which wasn't reassuring so I politely requested another technician. She got upset, and refused to finish cutting and shaping my nails. The manager told me I need to wait for someone else to become available with no apology or attempt to make the situation right. Thankfully, Kim took over and was kind, professional, and even offered me a complimentary wax for my birthday. She's the only reason I stayed and left a tip. As I was leaving, the first technician and the manager gave me dirty looks. To make matters worse, less than a week later my polish is already peeling. This experience was unacceptable. I'll be taking my business to a salon that treats its customers with respect and delivers the quality of service they pay for.

My only complaint, is that I was not given the advertised Bday discount. The website says there is a 10% birthday discount that never expires. When I asked about a discount at checkout, my nail tech was unaware and very kindly went to inquire.
