The mortgage payment on this loan was less than the combined payments to the 2 loans separately. We immediately moved into refinancing the mortgages on my main property. This process took a little longer but the outcome was exceptional. Not only was he able to get me an excellent interest rate but was also able to combine the loans into one mortgage loan which impounded the property taxes, home owners insurance and the mortgage payment, and I am paying out less dollars than the original loan. When the insurace fee was either being reduced or eliminared in some cases David asked me about my loan and was able to reduce my interest rate and Mortgage payment. I just recently Completed my Second Refi, again, through Dave Parker @ Upfront Home Loans. As Usual, he was extremely helpful and took care of business, expertly, from Start to Finish.
