Bought a 20 dollar first act piano that's originally 25 new, it didn't include batteries, left with said piano for my five year olds birthday party, wrapped it and gave it. Went to set it up not long after and it didn't work. Not a light or sound. So I called and asked what could be done. "Ma'am there's a no refund policy you should have checked it at the store." How do you check something electronic without batteries for one. The lack of customer service is despicable, they've always been rude but I over looked it till today. Rating 1, since I can't rate 0. Dangerous, hazardous, and inaccessible for those who have medical issues or disabilities. I enjoy shopping here because I am able to find unique items and deals, but the staff are grossly inconsiderate. I don't shop here anymore because the staff will turn the lights out anywhere from 10-20 minutes before closing and this is unacceptable, especially in a place that has uneven flooring. It is absolutely ridiculous, and like I said, unacceptable. I try not to shop here because it's dangerous and the staff at closing time just care about themselves. I read what people are saying here and I know from how they ran the Jeffersonville Location , these people tell the truth. They would not fix anything that broke and had numerous Violations . The electic doors didn't work half the time. Didn't keep toilets up very well. I think they implied that the rent went up and they left but it probably more like they were not upholding conditions of the Lease. Theft was bad there. A Moped or two drove themselves out of store . I was a seller and it got to the point they would not let me display knives in showcases. read more

The guy with the beard is so rude! I didn't want an item and told him I would put it back so he wouldn't have to. He shook his head like I was bothering him. I said I was just trying to save you some work, he said 'well you don't have to hold a gun to it!' I said what? I didn't say anything but I would put it back. He said you can leave. I was beyond taken back. liter just offered to put one item back because my boyfriend didn't want it and he tells me to leave. He doesn't need to be working in customer service with his attitude. First of all, the owner of this establishment DOES NOT CARE how it is run!! I started renting a booth at this establishment about 5 months ago. The guy that use to run the place was great until he just disappeared and I quickly learned why. The older lady that runs the day to day with glasses is just NASTY!! Horrible attitude and does not like helping at all. Rude individual!! I tried to get general managers number which she wouldn't give me so I called the Traderbakers in Southern Indiana and got her name, Toni. I explained to the lady why I was calling because I truly had not even had words with this lady and she was so rude every time I was in contact with her. 2 months in a row stuff was missing out of my booth. I tried to get her to print a sales report and she made me wait almost an hour to get it, it took 2 minutes to print. I went back up to check on my booth and stuff was destroyed this time. I asked the lady for help, she called the regional manager Toni on me and this lady comes strolling in and threatens to call police on me and told me I'm no longer allowed to have a booth!! These people are completely incompetent and inconsiderate of vendors. I was never rude nor did I ever raise my voice. The owner does not deal with anything and the people running it are idiots!! DO NOT PAY THESE PEOPLE FOR A BOOTH!!! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT VENDORS OR THE ITEMS YOU PUT IN YOUR BOOTH!! THEY ARE RUDE!! THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL!! I had an awful experience at this place. I had shopped there many times and I must say, the owner/manager does not smile at his customers and the place in general is not a friendly place. Recently, I was in a line to check out and a trainee was by herself checking out one woman with about 5 items. She was unusually slow and in my estimation, totally inefficient! I could have checked 5 people out in the time that it took her to complete one transaction. The line was forming and I finally said, could you please call someone up here? That's when the owner/manager opened the other register and he finally was helping me. She interrupted him and I had to wait even longer! I just had surgery on my ankle and told him that. He didn't seem to be sympathetic at all. To make a long story short, he never apologized for the wait. He said the other woman was in training. Since when do you put an inexperienced person at a register with no one to train her?? He ultimately said he doesn't believe the customer is always right and he DID NOT let me make my purchase!!!!! I feel sorry for the vendors who weren't able to make a sale that day!! A man in back of me WAITED until the manager took the items back and didn't even wait on him first!
