From the moment I walked in I found JAWS swag including a big head of a great white waiting to eat me.. The Edgartown location is by far the larger of the two locations on the island and has more stuff. I grabbed a Jaws shirt, MV hat and hot pink swim shorts for my next trip in Maui... The electric Palm tree shorts were unavailable in my size , wahhhh.... I appreciated the kids running the check out area. Very helpful and addressed all questions. Now the girl running the dressing rooms was a little too busy chatting with the helpers. However I accomplished my goals and had an amazing time shopping. Appreciated the amazing clothes made by this store. Almost makes me wanna buy a sailboat and rename myself BIFF. Vineyard Vines sets the example of how a store should conduct business. The store was not in complete disarray like so many stores are these days and superlative staffing. YOU ROCK VINEYARD VINES!

This is probably the strangest Walmart I've ever patronized, and I'm not quite sure why it is set up the way it is, to be honest (I think it stays alive because there's an actual grocery store a few doors down). It's odd - like parts of it are what you might see in any other Walmart (outdoors/bikes for example), but it's almost more heavy on the clothing side and less so on the household goods and groceries side. It's like an abbreviated version of a standard Walmart. They have a much smaller selection than a regular Walmart, and there is zero produce. The reefer/freezer section is one aisle (frozen on one side, refrigerated on the other). The service seems fine (I used self-checkout both times I went, so can't say for sure), but just know that if you're expecting a regular Walmart, that's not what you're going to find here.

This is the little Target that couldn't…read more Let's start with size... I have no idea where the other reviewer who said this is a good size Target is from, but he must be from Maine or Vermont. This Target is less than half the size of a "real" Target found in most states. Next up is the lack of stock. The shelves at this location remind me of Old Mother Hubbard's cupboard because they're always bare. On my most recent visit I found the shoe area completely destroyed. All the shelves in this section were completely barren & there were huge heaps of loose shoes on the floor. The same thing in the intimates section. In the cosmetics section I was looking for a very common lipstick color & brand. Not only were they completely sold out of ALL lipstick in this brand, all of the other brands were sold out too. It looked like the day after Black Friday, but in May. Same in the toy section. Toys were strewn all over the floor & several boxes had been opened to "liberate" pieces inside. I could go on, but you get the picture. The only thing this location has in stock consistently is sunscreen. ‍ It would be different if this was my first and last visit to this location, but sadly I have been going there monthly for 2 years and it never improves. 2 stars because it has a Starbucks, but the line in the morning is always backed up into the shampoo aisle.

They do nothing to enhance the ambiance down there, but if you take the time to sort through what they have you could find that surprise item that you can't find anywhere else for half the price or even less. But back upstairs, they have everything from vacation wear to formal wear. From every season, to outdoor sports, to accessories. If you like that New England look the MA Islands are so famous for, this is where you can find it. Most often when we come here we shop in both stores. Sometimes we climb back and forth trying to decide if we like the deal downstairs more than the full priced item upstairs. You should try it when in Vineyard Haven. Its worth stopping by Hatchville Baking Company and Smith Family Popcorn. Both stores are fresh and delicious. Family Popcorn even has Dels ices which I've been searching for on the cape. Parking can be challenging at times, but they have big lots around the commons. I highly recommend stopping here for a fun day.

Anchor stores include Staples and Shaws grocery which are not accessible from inside the mall area. Entering the mall on the far right you will encounter a wide hall with a few benches, community bulletin boards and public restrooms. Walk to the end and turn left to enter the mall. Restrooms here need help. Ladies room door is stuck open, neither of the two stalls lock or provide privacy (gaps) and the hand dryer struggles. Definitely in need of attention for safety and privacy sake. They are clean. Entering the mall on the far left gives access to the gym and sporting goods store. Turn right to access the rest of the mall. Center entrance takes you by a long chocolatier shop displaying tasty treats for sale. Other shops inside include a book shop, Panera, science store and Paper store. It's a small area overall. Not one you'd stop in to 'walk the mall'. The shops we browsed are clean and well organized. Inside and outside shopping in this area covers a lot of your daily needs.
