YES a Trader Joe's on Huebner!! This store is great, they have a fantastic flower section in the front, and all of the staples, including their snacks, desserts/baked goods, frozen section, veggies/fruits. I have not had issues with their inventory. As always, they have great plants outside as well. Great place to buy little plants as gifts, since the pots are nice and not expensive. Many mini succulent garden plants, and potted plants to choose from! Don't miss their cards, they are so cute! Parking is in the lot outside and since this is Huebner Oaks, the parking spots are a normal size so that's nice! read more

Traitor Joe's! Eh- this place is pretty good! They have a bunch of fun food that you won't find at the local grocery store. But shopping here feels like being a turncoat. Nothing ever goes on sale here. Ever. Never ever. I've never seen a coupon, a "SALE" or anything like that. I wonder what happens to the stuff that doesn't sell? It's a badly kept secret that many of the Trader Joe's things are really big brand manufacturer items, but under a "Trader Joe's" label instead. My favorite thing about Trader Joe's is the wine. They sell a lot of their own stuff- Two Buck Chuck (Really four buck, now) is a pretty good wine, especially for the low, low price! Many of their wines are "great-adjacent." Like white bubble wine, from the next region over from Champagne. Or Pinot Grigio wines from lesser known parts of Italy. The staff is always friendly. They have free lollypops at the register! Frankly, I really only come in for the cheapo wine, and leave with an extra piece of candy and a lolly each time. Unfortunately, this has become part of the regular shopping trip. read more

I enjoy coming to Trader Joe's to browse their baked goods, different sauces and I really used to love the maple coffee, which I hope comes out again. This Trader Joe's gets five stars just for having enough parking to actually visit without having your blood pressure shoot through the ceiling. It also appears to have slightly larger aisles for you to make your way through - but don't expect to be able to maneuver your carts easily, it's still a popular place! TJ's has long been a favorite of mine, and it's great to see them in San Antonio. This location seems to have all of the usual selection, so it has all the pluses and none of the minuses of other outlets. Highly recommended if you want a gourmet (or at least offbeat) grocery shopping experience! read more

Wow! This new Trader Joe's is Texas size y'all! First things first, this new Trader Joe's is located in the Huebner Oaks shopping center and they took over the spot where Bed, Bath & Beyond used to be (so you can imagine the size of the place). Since they are located in a much larger shopping center, parking is no longer an issue like in the other two locations. Also, the store itself is huge and has your same favorite TJ items, but larger quantities of it. I was actually able to find some of my favorite TJ products that are usually sold out at the other stores. Also, their frozen section is huge and they have some items I had never seen at other stores. One thing I do think is a little different is their flower section. I don't think it compares to their Quarry area location, but they might improve on that once they get larger foot traffic. Overall, an amazing shopping experience! I can't way to come back and explore this store in more detail. read more

I've only been to Trader Joe's to get gift cards...there wasn't one close by and the parking was so terrible. But now I have one close by and the parking is plentiful! No problems there. There's a large selection and the shelves are stocked to the brim...I was shocked at the pricing, too. A dozen roses and several other food items and my bill was under $40. The checkout girls were great and very helpful, since I hadn't really shopped there before. Highly recommend and now I get to go often! read more

It's so nice to have a Trader Joe's in the Huebner Oaks Plaza! They have a great selection of snacks, organic fruits, veggies and meats! It's a cute hipster store with great service! Went to the new Trader Joes in Huebner Oaks and wow what a great store. Very clean, large and great service plus much open parking in a large lot. The employees are so nice and helpful! LOVE this trader joe's location! This 1000% beats going to the Stone Oak location where parking can be wild or even getting there is a hassle with all the fwy detours/construction going on. Everything was all stocked up, workers/employers were happy and excited to help assist which was always a plus with going to Trader Joe's in general! I usually get most of my kids snacks here and snacks for me and my husband as well! LOVE their frozen section! SO great for last minute meals if you don't have time! One of my favorites would have to be their butternut squash lasagna and my kids love their morning hashbrowns of course and who could forget those bamba snacks! I like Trader Joe's. I simply like it to just go visit and walk around. I barely end up buying anything from there except couple snacks and chocolate. Finally I got the chance to visit the Huebner location. All of the coolers for produce I guess were empty and shut closed on a Saturday afternoon which is kind of weird. One thing about this place is everyone is so friendly! We spent more than 45 minutes just talking to people and employees which made the experience nice! The first Trader Joe's in San Antonio where parking doesn't make me miserable. And, the best part, it's super close to my apartment! I haven't been grocery shopping in person in a long time. But I had the day off today so I decided to swing by to check out the new store. The aisles are wide! There were lots of happy customers browsing, shopping, etc, and maybe 80% of the cash registers were operational, meaning line waits were minimal. I bought a small cheese snack, but I really enjoyed looking through all the cheese in stock. I'm totally okay with dropping by on a whim if I need something specific, like pickle popcorn. While TJ won't be my default grocery store, it's a nice way to treat myself after my chiropractor visits. read more

I've been to this new Trader Joe's since they opened. I love how this location has plentiful parking and a normal-sized store (even in San Antonio the other locations have their typical tiny parking lots). This store also consistently has a wide flower selection. Staff is nice and the grocery lines are always short. Lovely location overall. read more

This TJ wins because it is 1000 sq ft larger than the other two. Also has wider aisles, twice daily delivery (vs once a day at the others in SA) and more parking. Employees are super friendly as always. Great selection of flowers, they even have pink winter peonies (HEB Alon only has white). read more

The amount of joy in my heart knowing this location is less than ten minutes from my house and there's a parking lot that won't make you crazy!!! Trader Joe's is located in the former Bed, Bath, and Beyond. It shares an enormous parking lot with business such as Old Navy and Ross Dress for Less. This is amazing because although you might fight for your life escaping the shopping center to get to I-10 you won't be fist fighting for a parking spot OR shimmying your way into and out of your vehicle. The layout mirrors many other locations, but on this particular night it felt really spacious and open. Maybe because I decided to pop in (after just learning they have been open for a couple weeks) right before they close. Regardless, the shelves were well stocked and the store was clean. The staff were all friendly and helpful. I do miss the instant cold brew they used to have on shelves. I'm sad they don't seem to carry it anymore. Nonetheless, I walked away with a buggy full of goodies and a black bean burrito that is waiting to be gobbled up tonight!! No pictures because apparently I was just way to excited to think about it. They also always have an inexpensive selections of wine and flowers.. they also have Hawaii wine, selection, department, imported beers, and wide arrange cheeses., I especially like their cartons of roasted tomato soup read more

Another fantabulous Trader Joe's. Store #3 now for San Antonio. Located close to USAA on I-10 in Huebner shopping center next to Old Navy and Ross, across from REI and James Avery. Same products as the other stores; good location for residents in the area vs driving up to Stone Oak. Opened 2 weeks ago, more crowded than Stone oak but no line at 2pm, weekday. Expect the holidays to be busier. Bonus: Have your kid look for Meep, the road runner for a lollipop. Always fun to browse and shop their seasonal items like their cute gingerbread cookies and advent calendars. read more
