*The Yelp 100 Challenge Good location next to Joann's and Christmas Tree, visit during week days or off hours to avoid crowded lines and searching for parking. Staff as always is friendly and very welcoming, there are multiple sample stations unlike others i have visited, and the layout is very simple for a medium sized store. The only downfall is parking during a busy weekend especially Sunday. read more

This Trader Joe's has recently undergone a major expansion and they now have wine and beer. All the staff are very helpful and the lines move fast, even in the height of the tourist season. As the local Wholefoods started to go downhill, this TJ's rose to the challenge and is now on top form! read more

This is a great TJs - ample close parking and right next to the Christmas Tree Shops in Hyannis :) Everything is always very well stocked, clean, and organized no matter what day of the week you shop and the employees are super nice as approachable for help. Plus there are always delicious free samples in the back. Yes please! I love that I can find Quest bars here now too, since they don't stock them at many grocery stores on the cape! I love this store. I try to do as much shopping as I can here. The staff are always extraordinarily helpful and friendly. Sad when they discontinue a favorite item, but there are new things coming in all the time. They have cute little shopping carts for smaller children to push, and if they find a little plastic friend on the shelves they get to sound a gong and get a treat. This is just a high quality TJ's. They have everything you want from a Trader Joe's and it's always in stock. The staff are SO friendly. Once, the person ringing me up gave me my wine for free because it was my birthday. They have great free samples, and I like the wine samples too. Love this Trader Joe's. read more

UG! I dislike anything that reminds me of Floridian service. This one is "floridian nasty". Worst Trader Joe's I've been to. Except for the check out clerk. Darling. It is open and spacious, so its easy to get around, if you can deal with the floridian - type nasty clients. I absolutely love the store. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. The parking lot is atrocious, as are all Trader Joe's parking lots. I just cannot deal with the annoying people that shop here. Driving down 131 and saw the sign and could'nt believe it. I had to turn around at the mall and come check it out. This is a more spacious then most TJ's i've seen. It has the normal selection with some extra's to cater to the beach crowd (TJ's has excellent food to take in a cooler to the beach) I really whipped around to come here because i wanted to check to see if they had booze since the wine is cheap and beer is pretty good. Had an errand to run in Hyannis, so made it a point to swing by this Trader Joe's, one of the last TJ's in MA that my elementary school-aged Daughter and I have not visited (I know, I know ... SO cool). Like our usual TJ's in Hanover and Hingham, this store doesn't sell booze, but they do have great product, friendly and helpful employees, a free snack and shot of coffee, and a hidden seal. All Trader Joe's are great in my eyes and this is no exception! They had a great selection of all the salad kits my family loves as well as a good selection of breads and other goods. The store was very well stocked. I just wanted to write a review because we felt the employees at this store were very knowledgeable. We were looking for mochi ice cream and an employee was able to tell us exactly why they didn't have them and for how long it had been out on the shelves. A little disappointing on our end but man were we impressed by his knowledge! read more

A very busy location for TJ's (at least on a Friday mid-day). Great selection of wholesome, very fairly priced items. Typical items are less processed, more toward "organic" and priced lower than less 'worthy of your gullet' foods from the supermarkets. A great, high volume TJ's, an insanely busy place. Still, the shelves were full,and the items very fresh. I found it a difficult store to navigate with a basket though- something about the flow was all wrong. i have read that TJ's buyers drive a hard bargain when dealing with their vendors. It does show in their pricing. You will save if you shop here instead of Whole Foods...the trick is finding what you really need. This store has goat milk yogurt which is difficult to find for a good price. Staff goes out of way to be friendly and helpful. Once i was telling the cashier about their milk container falling out of bag and spilling in my car and he ran over to floral dept. and returned with a beautiful huge bouquet for me! I will never forget that spontaneous gesture. Great quality and low prices for olive oil, cheeses, spices. Produce is not as good as other stores. read more

I really like this TJ's location . The location is extremely busy with the other stores that are in this mall is very popular as well . But it works . The only reason why I am giving 4 stars is bc you have to circle around a few times to be lucky to find a spot . It's so nice to go to a store and have so many Vegan & GF options . I love that they sell hygiene products that are vegan & gf as well ( shampoo , conditioner, moisturizer etc). I bought gf & vegan plain bagels and they were so good . I bought TJ's vegan & GF " cream cheese " and that went so well with the bagel . I also bought 2 bags of TJ's Organic ( and vegan & gf) Popcorn w olive oil bc it's my favorite . Lastly I bought my dogs favorite treats the box of multi flavored organic all natural dog treats . She absolutely loves them . As I was waiting in line to check out there were 2 women that were checking out . One woman was in a wheelchair bc she hurt her leg and couldn't walk for a few more weeks . The cashier couldn't have been more sweet and helpful to the women . She even went around to where the women were standing to swipe her card for her bc she didn't want her to get up . After that she said " I'll ask someone to take your cart and put your items in the car for you ." The other woman with her wanted to run and get her car so the other woman wouldn't have to wait . It's the little things like this that make a huge difference to me . After the women were done I told the cashier how amazing she is . I said " I couldn't help but notice how you went above and beyond to help them . That was so sweet of you . If only more people were like you . Thank you so much ". Her reply " wow thank u so much . I'm always here to help any way that I can ". I wish that I knew this cashiers name bc she definitely deserves recognition for being amazing !! read more

I was incredibly impressed with my first visit to this awesome Trader Joe's. It's in the cutest Victorian building next to the Christmas Tree Shop. They had all the usual delicious Trader Joe's items including a lovely assortment of all different kinds of hummus and all kinds of delicious cheeeeese, but, best of all, this very happy location has wine. Yes, that's right. WINE. I asked one of the employees restocking in the wine area where I could find a brand I tried the night before and he was so friendly and cool. Not only did he show me the wine I was looking for, but two similar wines made by the same company. Nice! I was also really impressed with my cashier who was so friendly too! I had come in with the intention of only buying a few items, so I only had a shopping basket, but I filled it to the max after discovering all the WINE. The cashier bagged my groceries and then put all the wine in a box. I remarked that I didn't have a cart and could not carry both the bag and the box, and he was like, wait, I'll go get you a cart! Wow! This TJs definitely lived up to the Company's reputation for great customer service. So impressed! read more

Love TJ's. I often need to do floral arrangements and 95% if the time i head to TJ's. Their flowers are fresh and they usually have a great assortment and I am rarely disappointed. I also have several organic food items I love to buy there. Their prices are much more reasonable than Whole Foods. They added wine about a year ago and that is awesome. They have a lovely variety and there is always someone in the wine dept to answer questions. My newest discover is the COOKIE BUTTER ICE CREAM...buy with caution, it is truly addictive!! read more

I've given up on Trader Joe's. Every time I go in there, the items all in different places from where they were the last time. Why go to a small store if not to be able to get what you need and get out quickly? TJ's has taken away that advantage. It takes me as long as a big store because I never know where anything is.
