But I also saw some of the newer and hard to get bourbon bottles on their regular shelves at good prices but here's the kicker, not only do you pay the state & the liquor tax but they also have a service fee. So the next thing you know, is that a bottle that should have cost you $80 almost comes out to around $100. So, I'm not so sure if I will shop here again especially since we now have total wine & more in Redlands.

This store obviously has liquor. Seemed like more wine than hard liquors in the aisles. Plenty of beers and some sparkling wines in the refrigerators. As expected, there are also lotto tickets and scratchers for sale. The lady behind the counter was a member of the family that owns the store and was very pleasant. She seemed familiar with some "regulars" who walked in while I was there, which I always count as a positive sign. There are also some staple groceries like eggs, milk, juice, and ICE! Plus disposable plates, napkins, plastic cutlery, BBQ charcoal-- your party supply center :) And there are some pretty unexpected household goods / convenience store type merch in the aisles. I was a little...um...surprised to see some stuff, like baby toys, that appear to have been here for some time. Like, from the 1990s or so... Nothing edible, just toys and stuff. We were told that they had 10 in stock and should be able to order the remaining amount before the wedding day. As the week came to an end, their shipment still had not arrived. Now here's where it gets great!!!! Hector the Store Manager took it upon himself the day before the wedding to drive all across the IE to the 3 nearest stores (which are as far as Riverside and Rancho Cucamonga) to find 10 more bottles and have them there for pick up the same day. Additionally, everything was kept in cold storage while waiting for me to arrive. There icing on the cake.... there was a major discount applied, so half of the bottles were only 5 cents each. Wow!!!! Such amazing customer service. That is virtually unheard of in the modern world.

During the tasting/consultation, we went over all the detail we didnt think about. Ex. Delivery, Champagne toast, cocktails options, mixers, garnishes, kegs, the quantity we needed for our guests. I told Hector that I didnt live nearby and I would have trouble coming in to pay for my order. The team was able to create an invoice with a payment link to my email. It was a huge weight off my shoulders not having to worry about this part of the wedding and everything on my order was delivered on time for my big day.

You can do a tasting or purchase a glass or bottle to enjoy onsite. There's a tasting bar up front, as well as bar top tables inside, and a spacious patio outside. I feel that bottle prices are very reasonable, and we usually end up leaving with 5 or 6 bottles based on our tastings and Ben's recommendations.
