Sadly, if I rated on their pricing alone, I'd be giving a low score. They have a great selection of produce and grocery items, but their pricing can be a little outrageous. The customer service is great, and we come here for select items we can't find anywhere else. But, to give an example, their Ezekiel bread is almost double the price of one of their competitors. We have loved Sprouts in the past and have been loyal customers. But what I saw today is SO VERY DISAPPOINTING. While I was getting some dairy goods out of the dairy case, a disheveled-looking man walked right up next to me, grabbed a handful of products from the dairy case and shoved them in his pockets. In disbelief, I watched as that man walked directly out of the store without paying for a thing. Sprouts management, don't you realize this is what put Vons out of business? Don't you wonder why so many people love shopping at Trader Joes? (Because they do not tolerate this.) And, it's only a matter of time before you raise your prices to cover that losses that you are choosing to do nothing about. I won't pay for that nonsense. This location has a huge deli area and actually an adequate amount of staff. Even though the Boars Head brand is super expensive I purchased some ham and chicken breast lunch meat. I will no longer be doing my main grocery shopping here due to long self checkout lines and only one or two cashier lanes open. Why spend so much money at this store only to have to wait to bag my own groceries. I'm also tired of the amount of clearly non-service dogs allowed to be in the store. Frankly, I expect this kind of thing to happen at a Wal-Mart, so why am I spending triple the amount to get the same experience at what should be a high-end grocery store. I Was actually excited to locate this Sprouts Farmers' Market when i was traveling to the City of Redlands, CA., for our Brewfest event nearby last year, 2024. Not sure what i ate for lunch but couldn't hold for the event restrooms instead had to rush in here. Luckily i didn't hit traffic to Brewfest, so i had time to stop by Sprouts to fetch a fresh bottle of water and to borrow their public restroom. This was my road-trip to Redlands, CA.,'s restroom stop and a mighty convenient one. I happened to be in the Redlands neighborhood. I wanted to buy a watermelon for my weekend getaway. I saw this Sprouts Farmers Market (SFM) and decided to stop by. I'm not a frequent shopper of SFM, but when I do need something and they are present, I'll swing by and shop. The small watermelon was on sale. Buy 2 for $5.00. Perfect! I grabbed two small watermelons. I think I bought something else, too, but I don't remember at the moment. Wait wasn't too long at the registers. Staff was friendly.
