Sadly, if I rated on their pricing alone, I'd be giving a low score. They have a great selection of produce and grocery items, but their pricing can be a little outrageous. The customer service is great, and we come here for select items we can't find anywhere else. But, to give an example, their Ezekiel bread is almost double the price of one of their competitors. It's the same way for some of their non-dairy milks as well. I am thankful they carry a lot of vegan products for my family. Plus side, their store is always clean. We have loved Sprouts in the past and have been loyal customers. But what I saw today is SO VERY DISAPPOINTING. While I was getting some dairy goods out of the dairy case, a disheveled-looking man walked right up next to me, grabbed a handful of products from the dairy case and shoved them in his pockets. In disbelief, I watched as that man walked directly out of the store without paying for a thing. Sprouts management, don't you realize this is what put Vons out of business? Don't you wonder why so many people love shopping at Trader Joes? (Because they do not tolerate this.) And, it's only a matter of time before you raise your prices to cover that losses that you are choosing to do nothing about. I won't pay for that nonsense. One of my favorite stores to go get my groceries at. Yes it's on the more expensive side but they offer many options that aren't available at other stores such as grass fed beef and milk. I Was actually excited to locate this Sprouts Farmers' Market when i was traveling to the City of Redlands, CA., for our Brewfest event nearby last year, 2024. Not sure what i ate for lunch but couldn't hold for the event restrooms instead had to rush in here. Luckily i didn't hit traffic to Brewfest, so i had time to stop by Sprouts to fetch a fresh bottle of water and to borrow their public restroom. This was my road-trip to Redlands, CA.,'s restroom stop and a mighty convenient one. I took a few rounds of browsing inside~it appeared that the supermarket was very neatly organized and every section was labeled properly so finding anything was easy. There was one customer waiting in line after me, but she came across as hilarious as can be so this experience was very interesting. I was in and out of here quick because it was just a quick purchase. This first visit was successful. Be back again next time i'll be in town. read more

I happened to be in the Redlands neighborhood. I wanted to buy a watermelon for my weekend getaway. I saw this Sprouts Farmers Market (SFM) and decided to stop by. I'm not a frequent shopper of SFM, but when I do need something and they are present, I'll swing by and shop. The small watermelon was on sale. Buy 2 for $5.00. Perfect! I grabbed two small watermelons. I think I bought something else, too, but I don't remember at the moment. Wait wasn't too long at the registers. Staff was friendly. This store was clean and organized. I like the layout where the produce is right smack in the middle of the store and everything else is on the sides. I love the labeling of the aisles for ease of finding stuff. What I find neat are the barrels of candy, nuts, and other snacks items. Who knows... I may eventually become a fan of SFM one fine day. Went last Wednesday when their sushi rolls are $5/$6 which is about half off. They had a couple choices and I tried the Krunchy shrimp and Krunch crab rolls. Both were fresh and tasty! I forgot to take a picture until after I finished the shrimp rol While there I noticed they had a deli with $5.99 sandwiches (includes chips and a bottle of water) and $6.99 deluxe sandwiches (chips and water for $1 more). Deli service is awesome. Bright, beautiful store with a lot of great healthy options. It's pricier but eating healthy is expensive. The produce is colorful and fresh and their ready made meals are awesome. The bakery cookies are also yummy. Parking is plentiful. I am absolutely astonished by how poorly managed the operations at this Sprouts are. I was here this past Tuesday, and it was extremely busy--as it always is. Yet, there were only two cashiers struggling to juggle everything, including self-checkout, when realistically, there should be a dedicated employee assisting self-checkout so the actual cashiers can focus on their own lanes. What's even more frustrating is that there was no additional staff in sight, no extra hands to step in, and certainly no manager present to help. This isn't just a one-time issue either--I'm a regular here, and every single time it's the same story. Barely any cashiers, long lines, and overworked employees trying their best while management seemingly does nothing to address it. PLEASE, Sprouts management--help your employees. Hire more cashiers. Support the ones you have. It's ridiculous to watch them struggle shift after shift with no relief. If Trader Joe's can consistently have enough cashiers and extra help available, why can't Sprouts? Customers notice this kind of thing, and frankly, it makes the shopping experience frustrating for everyone. read more

This was the first time visiting a Sprouts. It's a perfect grocery store if you love buying organic foods, vegan or Keto items. It's amazing choices, but the prices match for your choices. Of course, there's more than just that, but some of the prices that I see compared to the grocery stores that I usually shop at are slightly higher. The two areas that I did enjoy is the fresh sushi and coffee section. It's a lovely store. Glad that I dropped buy to visit. Kurt was friendly and fast with service at the checkout.
