She's super personable, right away she had us hooked with conversation. Her line and detail work is remarkable and she is so thorough in getting the design perfectly right. I'm a bit of a baby when it comes to tattoo pain and it never gets easier (but always worth it!) and Ax didn't make me feel like a nerd for that, and even got me a stress toy to get through it. My friend and I were both delighted with our new tattoos and have not stopped looking at our arms! On to perhaps the most special thing about this studio - it's all women-owned and operated! She was very nice and got me in and out quickly. The placement of the piercing is great and I hardly had any bleeding right away. It's healing really well, I've hardly had any soreness, basically no swelling, no bumps forming or anything. A good, clean stab haha Photo is from 4 days after. My ear is a bit red in it only because I kept holding it forward to try and get a focused, shadowless pic of it lol. Just to know the size, for a tattoo that will cost me over 3,000 and if I wanted to move forward that 200 would be deducted. I find it rude honestly, you quote me almost 3,000 and then cant even tell me the size you're quoting me on and then try to charge me $200 to know the size?!?!?! This is permanent on my body and costing me thousands of dollars, I don't think knowing the size is too much to ask before committing to something like this. She said the quote was based on the referenced photos I provided. As you can see, they are COMPLETELY different sizes. When I asked for clarification she wouldn't give me any answer. I'm very upset because I was looking forward to getting tattooed by her, but this is just ridiculous. She was very confident in her ability. However, the end result of my tattoo was nowhere close to what I had wanted, or what I had sent. She did such a horrendous job, that I didn't even mention it to her or anyone directly above her because I had ZERO interest in her trying to fix it for me because I knew she lacked the abilities to do the tattoo correctly. As soon as I got there, I was greeted by a really nice girl at the front. Jason did my piercing, and he was great. He helped me figure out which side I wanted, made me feel super comfortable, and even gave me water because I was a little nervous.
