In spring 2024 I consulted with him about suing someone and placing a lien on their house. We moved too slowly, and by October the defendant sold the house and moved to Colorado. I even found the Colorado address and worked with Drew through the fall and winter to prepare the case. The last time I spoke with him was March 2024, and he assured me he was ready to file. Since April, I've been calling at least twice a week with no response. By August I emailed him to end our relationship, and while he sent me some old files, he never sent the actual lawsuit. I've continued emailing him and still have not received anything. Now I'm stuck starting from scratch with a new attorney, losing valuable time and making my path to suing this person much harder. Complete waste of time and extremely unprofessional.
