They answered my thousand and one questions haha, and were willing to assist me with any other office supplies I would need in my home office. Well that was odd because the associate next to us was helping another customer cancel their service...SHAUNA/SHAWNA had the worst customer service we experienced lately. She was quite rude, unprofessional and wasn't willing to help us cancel our service but was able to turn in our internet system. We left and immediately called CS support. Unlike SHAUNA/SHAWNA they were so helpful & friendly in canceling our service compared to actually going to a T-Mobile location in-person. I hope management reads this and aware how some customers are actually being treated.

They did this to my Jaguar xk and broke both door panels and my tweeter housing which is part of the door .The car was in his possession for over 6 days. Upon pick up he tells me he used 2 tubes of silicone to glue my doors back together and he broke my tweeter cover. I called to rectify the situation and the owner James responds with a nasty childlike attitude.Then he asks me why I'm calling him so early and tells me he will call me back. It's been over a week now and now and when I call he's never there. They are great at taking your money but refuse to replace something if and when they break it . I just wanted my vehicle back in the condition it was to begin with. What is so hard about that? I would NOT recommend taking any luxury car here for a tint job bc apparently when they break something they will refuse to fix it. They will then blame the car and complain how difficult it was to work on. How about this,dont take a job on if you dont have the knowledge or expertise of doing it properly! Very dissatisfied!

I was horrified when the computer (in a computer bag) slipped off a chair and afterwards I could not get the screen to come on though I could tell the hard drive was working. We were going to see our kids and grandkids the week before Christmas and took the laptop. I looked on Yelp for a reliable shop for us to take the computer to and Computer Depot was one of the closest, so my son-in-law took it there. We paid $95 up front for them to analyze the laptop. They said it needed a new screen and would replace it. Mind you, it was a touch screen. We shelled out another $288.18. My son-in-law just pick up the laptop and was horrified when they told him they wiped out the hard drive! THAT WAS NOT PART OF THE DEAL! There were files on there that I wanted and was waiting for him to get it back so we could get the files I needed. Adding insult to injury, it's NOT a Touchscreen! I just told him to go back to the store tomorrow. My advice is: don't go to Computer Depot!

He then told me it would be cheaper to buy a new TV from him than to have him fix mine. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO TO BEST BUY. With the extra $100 you save you can buy a protection plan from the geek squad.
