I wish I could be writing a raving view about this place's amazing service and quality work. Unfortunately I was greeted with such nasty attitudes and left with an untouched car. I recently traveled and had love bugs splattered all over the front of my car. It is my birthday and all I really wanted was a good quality car wash. I searched yelp and this place had raving reviews, great prices, and offered a variety of services. The downside was the limited operating hours that make it nearly impossible for a working person to get their car washed. So I decided to call first on my break to see if they would take me so close to closing. I explained the situation that it was my birthday but my car was filthy and covered in love bugs. I wanted to be sure to paint the picture to give accurate expectations. The person on the phone was very assuring and said that as long as I arrived by 5:15 they would take care of me. They close at 5:30 but I only needed the outside done. I would have completely understood if he expressed it was not possible. But I was once again reassured that they'd make it happen. So I get off work at 5 and drive the 10 minutes to the car wash. Wait at a long light and pull in right at 5:15. I was very surprised to see that this highly reviewed car wash was situated in the parking lot of a gas station. Nonetheless I arrived excited to have my baby hopefully clean and sparkling again. I immediately noticed the cones and stepped out of my car to approach the men washing two last cars. The men greeted me with scrunched faces gesturing and yelling that they were closed before I even opened my mouth. I tried to explain to one of the men that I had called earlier. Without letting me speak, he repeated constantly that they were closed. The man working on the car did the same. When I was able to get a word in I asked if he is who I spoke to over the phone. He responded by saying no and he was trying to go home. I asked who I may have spoke to and he shrugged his shoulders. I mentioned I spoke to someone and they said as long as I was there by 5:15. He shrugged again and said it was after 5:15. I showed him my phone that said it was only 5:16. He said "we are closed" and I turned around to go to my car. Little does he know that I would have happily tipped three times the rate if not more. I wasn't asking for a detail, I just wanted those bugs off my car. They truly wasted my time. I could have gone somewhere else instead of driving that way. I don't usually leave reviews but they were so nasty I had to. It's really quite a shame. Good job amazing prices 15.99 for ext and int. They offer more services as well. Took about 45 minutes (went in a busy time) but they do everything by hand which is awesome. Definitely recommend this place. read more

Beware !! Beware! these guys put degreaser in there car wash soap! i seen them put it in with my own eyes! this will strip remove the wax from your car! they told me they dont put degreaser in the wash water, but i seen them put it in! This is very bad for the paint!! they put probably 1/2 to 3/4 a gallon in a 5 gallon bucket!! if you dont believe me, go there first thing in the morning ,when they first open and you will see what they put in the car wash bucket!! it is RED in color so you will see it!! when I seen them put this red stuff in I went over and red the container! it is definitely DEGREASER! this will DESTROY your paint if not waxed very soon afterwards!!! if your going to have them wax your car its ok, but for a simple wash, stay away! read more

Went there for the second time. Guy opened the hood with the wiper up and scratched my hood. They rudely told me that my wash was free and when I asked if they were gonna clean the interior they said "now this dude asking for more free sh*t". Yes, you scratched my car that is a new lease, 2014. The least you can do is vacuum it. Never again will I go there. read more

I look at honesty with people. I brought 2 trucks to be washed, outside only. A ford F-150 and a Ford F-250. Their pricing is categorized as Small Truck, Medium Truck, Large Truck and Extra Large. When the lady comes to charge me she says $40. I was shocked. I kindly asked why I was being charged for 2 XL trucks. She simply said that's the way it is. I then asked, what would an F-250 be considered, what would a Toyota Tacoma be consided. I tried to come to an agreement and simply asked to charge me the Large truck rate for the F-150 and XL for the F-250. She got an attitude, took my card walked away, then gave it back to me and slammed my door. whatever, i will just take my truck fleet some where else. read more

Watch out for shady business. These guys did an okay job with the wash, the reason this isn't 1 star. However, the sign said a price for the wash, and when i went to pay after it was finished, they charged me an extra 5 dollars for my car being extra dirty. While i don't think my car was that dirty, it would have been fine if they told me that before i paid. Instead, they did the service and demanded that i pay an extra fee after it was finished without me knowing about it. That is bad business and im pretty sure illegal. This is the BEST car washing place ever. It's 91 degrees outside and they are putting the MOST work ever. They are dripping sweat and still clean every car like it's the first one of the day. I am so grateful for everyone here and all the hard work they put into my car (which btw was filthy, bugs all in the front bumper and all) I cannot begin to describe how appreciative I am. They do this for so cheap too, when their work is soooooo detailed it's is PRICELESS!!! May God bless you guys, I wish I was super rich just so I can tip you guys an infinite amount of money. I couldn't even clean my car like this at a self wash place even if I tried! And why would I waste my time when these people just put in so much love into cleaning my car. Please guys, be mindful leave the AC on for them I get it... the gass but still it's almost 100 degrees outside they deserve much more than at least the AC on while they clean the interior.
