I went in for a window tinting, to include and ceramic coating. Because they were backed up they took over 4 days for this service. Upon picking up my vehicle, I immediately noticed scratches on the paint. I was slightly annoyed because they called me multiple times after the car was ready to ask when I was coming to pick it up. Only for me to see that the car was not inspected and ready to be delivered. They ended up giving me a discount to make it right and offered to redo. I accepted and was grateful for the acknowledgment. While their services may take longer than I expected, they offer a rental car or Uber service. They end result looked great however I am concerned that no paperwork work warranty is offered. They have areas of improvement for a professional business but the quality of work appears to be great. As suggestions, I would suggest a legit drop off process. When I dropped my car off, no one even asked for my name or phone number. When I picked the car up, I was told about a warranty but not given a detailed receipt or any warranty documents. I had to request this.

But, said Shayne, he could try to make the damage less noticeable buy removing a plastic shield and popping out the dent. It looks much better now and he even refused to allow me to pay him for his time. He said a review though would be appreciated. Honest and generous service at its best. The pricing here is ridiculous since they quoted me 4x what other places actually charged me. I ended up going to Midas and they charged me around $200 but honest1 gave me an estimate of way more I couldn't believe it. It is a convenient location and easy to make an appointment though so if you have the money for it then this place is for you but if you do not want to be overcharged Midas has always been great to me.

It's not me…read more Good towing service with a lot of really nice employees and they're pretty straightforward and matter-of-fact - they're located right on Lake Street in the heart of the most important part of Minneapolis you might say, and for that reason I have to give them a lot of credit and say that they are excellent and in a great location and good for a lot of the lower-income people that live around here in the ethnic neighbourhoods and enclaves. I appreciate them and they've helped me out when I needed it on one major occasion and then charged not nearly as much as you might think they would.

I assumed the cost was for the engine diagnosis, and I was told I would be contacted with price estimates for everything they had found. After multiple calls to follow up, I was told the engine was never diagnosed - that they don't even have the machine there?? Doesn't make sense to me , and then why would they have even taken in my van to begin with?? Over a week later and they still haven't even told me what they "found" from the inspection - I guess they don't want my business.
