Excellent service. The staff is nice and quick to make repairs, and are super detailed-oriented. After an accident that involved a wheel had falling another car and hitting the front of my car at a high speed, I had brought my car to my insurance's adjusters to get the car looked over before I brought it the auto-body shop for body repairs (I had to do this because I was using insurance to make this repair). My insurance had missed that the collision had cracked the container that held my windshield wiper fluid. It was the auto-body shop that did notice this, contacted my insurance for me, got them to approve the repair, and repaired it for me without any additional costs to me (which was AWESOME). PLUS they borrowed me a loaner car while the repairs were done! I hope I never have another accident, but if I do and need any auto-body repair, they're the people I'll see. read more

I met Shayne Bolduc for the first time this morning (Sept. 28/23). My car had been hit in a parking lot and it would cost about $1,200 to repair it. But, said Shayne, he could try to make the damage less noticeable buy removing a plastic shield and popping out the dent. It looks much better now and he even refused to allow me to pay him for his time. He said a review though would be appreciated. Honest and generous service at its best. We recently found ourselves in a position where we needed someone to take care of us soon, not "we can get to you at the end of February." Highland came recommended to me by a friend and I spoke to Jessy. They made sure they got us in and understood what we needed. When the insurance company said they couldn't help us find a towing company, or set anything up, they stepped up and delivered. When the insurance company was ready to come in with a low offer on the initial look, they went into to detail, documented their findings, and provided everything that minimized having to deal with a rather difficult claims adjuster with our company. They provided me with copies of everything that went to the insurance company, kept me informed on every step that took place when things happened, and made a difficult situation as transpire as smoothly as possible. Highland Collision is amazing! I was in a "small" fender bender on the outside, which turned into a much bigger fender bender once they started working on it and found some additional damage. They did a very thorough job of making sure my car came back to me looking good as new!! I had a particularly challenging insurance agency to work with and Joseph kept me informed all along the way. Highland Collision is AMAZING. I went there today because my Jeep's sunroof got stuck open (of course the week it starts pouring rain) and they got me in right away and fixed it in less than an hour. They were all so kind, obviously very knowledgeable and reputable, and they really made my day. The shop is very nice as well. The sunroof getting jammed was a super unfortunate situation for me that could have really snowballed, and these guys really saved my butt. Professional and extremely thorough. Great communication throughout the entire process... Car came out sparkling like new... they went the extra mile to make sure things were fixed that were not even part of the problems that brought me in. I never like dealing with automotive repair or Auto Sales; normally such a pain in the butt. But this experience, even though it took a little longer, was worth it. Unfortunately my car had a few dings and I needed new tires. My insurance company worked directly with Highland and the rental car company as well, for very smooth transaction, really no work on my part. I came in with the rental car and one of the employees helped me bring the stroller from my car to the rental car, which was very nice of them. And throughout the process the owner called me and let me know what was happening and the estimated time for the car to be done.... he even called me a couple days before just to let me know he thought it would be ready very soon, which was again very helpful for my timing and planning. When I got there I was very surprised to get back a fully detailed beautiful new looking car... I was really happy. I have 3 kids and dogs and I can say that the car certainly looked pretty gross when I brought it in.... they did a lot of work on this car! read more

My vehicle was rear-ended and I ended up having to deal with a massive headache in the weeks following the accident, including dealing with the at-fault driver's insurance company to file the claim. I know several people who had body repairs done by Highland Collision and saw great results, so I stopped in for an estimate (no appointment necessary). Within 30 minutes, a member of their staff had looked at my vehicle and drafted a repair estimate, which I then forwarded to the insurance company to file the claim. I did have to wait several weeks after getting the estimate and filing the claim for an open slot to drop off my vehicle, but this is standard for auto body repairs. Highland Collision arranged a rental vehicle for me when I dropped off my car for repairs, and worked directly with the at-fault driver's insurance. Despite a minor hiccup with the rental confirmation the whole process didn't take very long. I never had to do any negotiations or deal with the insurance company after dropping off the vehicle beyond telling the adjuster which body shop my car was at. Repairs took longer than what was on the original estimate, however this was due to some fairly extensive hidden damage that was discovered after work began, including frame damage, that required a sizeable supplement. The supplement and rental charges for the additional days were all handled by the body shop. Highland Collision put together a very detailed description of the work done on the vehicle, listing the parts that were replaced and the labor hours involved for every step. The repairs were done very well. I did not find any over-spray, inconsistent panel gaps, mismatched paint, loose panels, etc. that are typical of shoddy repairs. I was also pleased that they fully washed and detailed my vehicle inside and out; I honestly don't recall the last time my vehicle was this clean! They also handled everything with the rental return, I just had to give them the keys to the rental. Getting into an accident is never a fun experience, but Highland Collision made the repair process a lot smoother than I anticipated. Definitely would go there again for future accident repairs (but I hope I won't need to!) read more

Used this place multiple times but over the last few years something has changed. Final straw was when they totalled my vehicle with an estimate 30% over the insurance estimate. This for a shop that admittedly uses scrap parts. They then called asking if they could buy the vehicle to fix for resale. What? read more

Great Service, Quality work. I have used this shop numerous times over the past few years. We just brought a car in for work, and they again did a great job. They were pre-approved by our insurance company, and submitted all paperwork for us. Work was performed quickly and done well. They gave us a loaner car to use at no charge, and truly made the repair process painless for us. They have always done terrific work with a close, personal touch, and they guarantee their work for the life of the car. Terrible customer service!!!!! Was treated so poorly by the guy who was working with me who said his name was Sam.He didn't want to write me an estimate because I had ordered a part separately to fix on my own and that was a problem apparently, and was completely rude treating me like I didn't know what I was talking about with my insurance. ALL I WANTED WERE THE DENTS FIXED and the door to be put back on properly. You'd think that wouldn't be an issue at a COLLISION center. Wouldn't listen to anything I said just interrupted and thought he knew it all. As I left without my estimate and told the man he wasted my time and lost my business, he just smiled, waved, and said bye. DID NOT CARE that he was losing business. Obviously no care about the reputation of the place, and no care about customers. Don't bother going here, especially if you are young or a woman. They'll treat you like crap. Sad thing is, I bet I would have gotten an honest estimate if I were a male or if I were with a male. read more
