The way our relationship started was to have them give me a bid to wire my generator. I had already pulled the 2/0 wire the 90 feet through conduit, so they had to install some intelligence wires (6 x 12 AWG), connect everything up, and they came back for the start up. The price for the work was much less than I expected, I did not ask for a military discount, but when Dave saw our military tribute wall with my kids and others, he extended me a discount (very much appreciated but not deserved). They did an excellent job, Nick and Dalton were fun to spend time with. We had a few things in common, and while I tried not to be too much of a distraction, I think I got as many questions as I asked. Not only for their pricing structure, but for the owners, the guys doing the install and throwing the switch putting the tickles through the wire. Oh yeah, they also fixed a wall outlet run that was bad and did not charge me. My job was a small home, but I was made to feel as important as the next guy or the business owner. In short, I don't think service falls off based on the price of the job. I would highly recommend them as an Electrical/Electrician Contractor.

He did work for me in 2024 while working under Kevin Thatcher, the owner of Utah Restoration Company, who was restoring my home after an insurance claim from damage by a truck driver on January 9, 2024. Mr. Arnold had earned my trust because he appeared capable of completing the work projects that I required at the time. This is not about defaming this business, but only calling him out to account for his dishonesty and incompletion of his work. Mr. Arnold worked directly for me from March 12, 2025, to May 5, 2025 I paid Mr. Arnold 5 checks totaling $19,150. There was no formal contract except our text threads. This contractor promised me * To rebuild my Deck (Promised cement base, caulking & painting, not completed) * Install an electric outlet (Promised, but not completed) * Put in planters (Completed) * Clean my chimney (Completed) * Put in a Fence and gate (Fence promised, but not completed) * Remove a tree (not completed) * Restore my shed and replace the door (Completed, but will have to be redone) * Replace kitchen sliding door (Wrong door was installed, no screen, will need to be redone) * Downstairs bathroom caulking and refurbishing (Didn't even start this project) * Upstairs bathroom (Promised to be complete in 4-5 days. Project was abandoned and not completed) * The upstairs bathroom will need to be reworked because it was done incorrectly. The projects were not finished, and a large portion of the work needs to be properly redone. On May 5, I gave him the fifth check, and he packed up his tools and left, never to be seen again. But I got a lot of excuses, delays, and gaslighting. He hasn't tried to fix the issues or even offered me a partial reimbursement. He extorted money from me by text and communications fraud, made a lot of promises, and then vanished. When I'm merely attempting to obtain the projects for which I paid him, he has tried to intimidate me and threatened me enough I had to get the police involved. I have not done anything here except speak the truth and hold him accountable. I will now have to hire someone else to redo some of his substandard work and complete the work he never finished. He didn't even complete the deck project for which I hired him to do.

We call him first for all our plumbing needs. He is the one we respect the most. We first met him years ago when we were fed up with the companies we had been calling. We called him back again when we had an issue with a major leak we thought was plumbing related. He did a thorough inspection and told us it was a leak from outside the house coming in. He referred us to people who could help, even showing up at the appointment to discuss what he thought with them and make sure it was that and not something else.
