We shopped on a Sunday and picked out a fifth wheel. We spent the time doing all the paperwork and signing everything. The salesman said he would get back to us the next day and he did, to let us know he was still working it out. Two days later, he calls me and said the trailer was already sold the week before. Really? What a joke. Sorry, but I don't begin to believe that line, but I already decided they were flakey when it took 3 days to get around to telling us. P.S. Recently purchased a travel trailer from this place. The lot had a great selection to choose from and we were quite happy with the purchase! The only thing I wish was different was I wish the staff would have been more helpful with trying to figure out what exactly my truck could haul, weight wise. Rather than me get my heart set on one only to discover it was too heavy for my truck. Had to spend hours investigating and learning about wheel ratios, gross weight, etc. But google helped and I learned a ton... On my own. And the second problem I had was the lack of communication between sales and the service center. Felt like we got the runaround quite a bit when we needed repairs done. We recently lost our house to the camp fire in Paradise. We're also paramedics and were doing rescue efforts for a number of days and could not even start the insurance claim process. By the time I could all rentals were basically completely taken in the area and any RV site close by pretty much were not cutting any deals on price because EVERYONE was buying RVs and travel trailers. I basically accidently requested a quote from tailer hitch RV not knowing how far away they were from me ( 6 1/2 hour drive) not only did they cut me a amazing deal, they delivered the trailer for free and sent me paperwork and a technician up to put me through the paces and teach me about the thing. I didn't have to leave where I was staying. The technician put the trailer right where I needed it and set everything up. I just purchased a 2015 Forrest River Stealth from Trailer Hitch RV Center. I have to tell you the experience was far greater than I ever expected. This is not my first purchase of a new Toy Hauler. My past experience was not very good but this dealer was wonderful. We live in Sparks Nv. and were somewhat apprehensive about purchasing out of state but the expert help from Nancy Houck Sales Mgr made us feel comfortable. I can say without hesitation, should I purchase another one, it would be from them. I would be remiss if I didn't mention their service tech "Craig". He spent a tremendous amount of time with my wife and I going over the walk through. He explained everything in detail and fielded all of our questions. If fact, we had departed and noticed a issue with the pass through storage door and returned to the service center and Craig was on the fix within minutes. He is certainly an asset to his company. I give them 1 star because I cant give them zero. The service department here is the most incompetent bunch I have ever dealt with. They hold your trailer for months and dont do any work until you show up and cause a scene. Thats WITH an appointment. Cant even pull off a simple repair like seal up a leaking gutter. 2 attempts at that. Couldnt stop a leaking drain valve. Claimed they never saw it leak. When I went there, it was leaking. Made them replace the valve on the spot. These were minor repairs to be completed while in for a malfunctioning a/c unit that they installed before I took delivery. 2 attempts on that. New thermostat installed. When I got home and checked it myself, I found the mounting plate bent with a 1 inch gap between it and the ceiling. This allowed the cool discharge air to be sucked right back into the unit causing the thermostat to think the room was cool. HACKS! While they had it in the yard, one of them hit it and dented it. Another nightmare.... I have no problem with the sales dept. but never again will I take it to service dept. DEPLORABLE! The trailer was spotless when dropped off. Filthy when I picked it up. They told me they would wash it for $300. What a joke. This is my third trailer purchase from them. I have also referred 5, yes 5 people to them, all of whom bought trailers there. I was quoted a price on the phone for an 5th wheel with the options I wanted clearly defined. Upon arrival the price I was quoted had changed. It did not include the options requested. That was complete nonsense. The salesman who had given me the price was not available. I had to deal with another salesman who I believe feels he is the smartest person in the room regardless of the room he is in. He acted like a complete fool and questioned me like he was trying to get me to say something that he wanted to hear. A total dips#it! After this experience, I would never do business with these people regardless of their price! Read the reviews and you will see that I am not the only customer who feels this way. My wife and I bought a Dutchmen Voltage 3200 from Trailer Hitch RV last September. I don't want to go into to much detail so I will try to keep this short. We live in Santa Cruz, California which is 180 miles away. We took two trips down to look at the trailer before deciding that we wanted to buy it. The sales team said that they would have the trailer ready for a trip we were planning to go on in two weeks. We left and talked with Amanda about getting a hitch for my short bed truck. She recommended the Demco Hyjacker and we agreed on $1,500 out the door. On our third trip down, now to pick up the trailer and have the hitch installed, they pulled the old bait and switch on me. She was trying to charge me $300 more plus tax. On top of that they didn't realize that the hitch that they were selling me was not going to work with the kingpin that was on the trailer without an adaptor plate. It would take 2 days for the adaptor to come in. By the time we left everyone in the service department was gone and no one was able to help me get the hitch out of my truck so we went home with it still installed in my truck. I called my local dealer and they said that they would match the $1500 price of the hitch and could have it the next day. So I decided to buy it from the local dealer. So 3 days later we went to pick up the trailer. This was the day before we were supposed to leave for our trip. I returned their hitch to them and we went through the orientation. We arrived on time for our appointment but had to wait over an hour for our orientation to start. Finally they got a mechanic to start with the orientation. Half way through a guy named Micky stepped in. The mechanic was very informative and knowledgeable. Micky on the other hand was a joke. He didn't know half of what he should know to do that job. We finished with that and went inside and paid for the trailer. They had offered us a check for $300 and a tank of gas for our troubles of having to come back. When we came back out to hook up we had some other question that were finally answered. In the mean time the service department came and handed me a $250 bill for installing the hitch. I refused to pay this because I did not buy the hitch from them and ended up returning their hitch because of all the hassle we have gone through so far. Finally after some back and forth they dropped it and we left late in the afternoon. We didn't get home till 9am that night and was up till 1am packing up the trailer for the trip the next day. We went on our trip and noticed some small warrant repairs that were needed but not needed right away. We kept using the trailer for more and more trips until one day when we got back from a trip the bedroom slide broke. I called Trailer Hitch RV and the fit us in three weeks later. I took it down to them and had them fix the slide and the other issues too. The service rep said that it could take anywhere form a few days to months to fix. It could take that long because they need to wait for approval from the manufacture. He also told me that I could call every day to check on the status if I wanted but that he would let me know when he hears anything. So I called every couple days to check on it. After a few weeks, I called and he said that they are still waiting on approval from the manufacture to do the repairs. I thought that it was taking too long so I called the manufacture myself. They said that they had approved the repairs a few days after I had brought it in. So I called Trailer Hitch RV back. Then the same guy said "Ya your RV is done like we talked about yesterday. We are just waiting for the Manufacture to pay us and then you can have your RV back." So I called the Manufacture back and told them what Trailer Hitch said. The Manufacture said that they would call Trailer Hitch RV and tell them to release my rv back to me. I called trailer hitch back and they said I could come pick it up whenever I wanted. I told them I would probably come on Saturday. My afternoon freed up and I decided to go down and pick it up that day. I was tired of they BS and just wanted my trailer back. When I arrived the gave me attitude. They made me sign the paperwork saying that the trailer was fixed before I was even able to confirm the repairs were made. Once they pulled it out one of the repairs wasn't even fixed. There was one repair that required me to fill the fresh water tank to confirm that it was fixed but they refused to fill the tank. They said "Just trust me, its fixed". Needless to say I do not trust them. I have had horrible experiences with Trailer Hitch RV and will NEVER go back to them. This isn't even all of the issues I have had with them either. There is too much to list. I will NEVER recommend them to anyone and will share my bad experiences with them to anyone and everyone that will listen. I even sent the owners and Dutchmen a letter over a month ago and trailer hitch has not replied. DO NOT SUPPORT THESE SCAMMERS. read more

Recently I had to take in my Grand Design 28BH for some work on the roof. A situation that would have been under warranty if I would have been able to camp during the last six months. Due to COVID that was obviously not possible. I had to wait six weeks to get an appointment. I took the trailer in and it took another three to get it looked at. Long story short there was a series of events that were not good. I met with Brian Kincaid who is their service manager and explained to him my circumstances and what had transpired. He immediately apologized and started to make it right. All in all they were able to get grand design to warranty most of the work and they picked up the rest. He was very professional and because of him they will continue to get my business. Crappy situations happen, but how he responded was exactly what you would expect. We were just starting a 3 week RV trip when we noticed major leak under kitchen sink in our Tiffin Phaeton motorhome. Desperately calling about 6-7 repair facilities so that we could repair and continue our trip, we encountered nothing but denials and no answers on phone appeals. One of our calls was to Trailer Hitch in Nipomo. Brian, fortunately answered the phone and began calculating how he could help us with the repair. He was very knowledgeable and empathized with our dilemma. He was more than helpful in moving ongoing work on other vehicles to adjust scheduling that allowed us to have the repair that morning. And then it was Craig's turn, as the RV tech, at thoroughness in the repair. He even drove me in his truck to Home Depot to pick out a sink to replace the faulty one in the motorhome. He had to adjust and search for special fittings to complete the job and took time to find these at several locations. I wholeheartedly recommend Trailer Hitch in Nipomo for your repair needs. Just as an aside. This is the 2nd time Trailer Hitch came to the rescue. On our older motorhome, the awning deployed while on the highway. I drove into Trailer Hitch and they stopped everything to repair and adjust the awning so we could continue our trip. We just bought two new travel trailers from them. Buying them was easy but the service department and inspection for delivery was deplorable! The service department did not do their job and inspecting the trailers before delivery and we ending up having leak in black water pipe system and they did nothing to fix it or help me get it fixed here in Palm Springs.we will never do business with this company again! My husband & I were very pleased with the sales person who approached us on the lot. After that, everything went downhill! We had found a used travel trailer over a weekend and were told that we couldn't take it home that day. They don't do same day delivery. We would have to put down a deposit that day and they would call us at the beginning of the week to schedule a walk through once the trailer had gone through inspection and been detailed. Why wouldn't they inspect the trailer upon it's arrival and before putting it on their lot for sale? We were intending to pay cash, but the finance manager talked us into financing instead. He quoted 8%, but the day of the "deal" we were told 11.89%. They hadn't called us by Wednesday, so I called them, several times, before we were scheduled for Friday at 2:00 pm. My husband & I arranged to leave work early in order to make the appointment on time. Just before making the 45 minute drive down, we received a call from the girl in charge of scheduling & she said that they were ready for us. Upon arrival we were greeted & told the trailer was on its way over from the service lot. We sat for over an hour. I asked several times what the hold up was and was given a different excuse each time: they are just finishing the detailing, the coupler was bent when they were hooking it up so they had to straighten it, should be any minute... Finally, we asked if we could at least do the paperwork so that once the trailer arrived we could do the walk through and drive off with it. That's when we were told about the increased interest rate, AFTER I asked (he was not forth coming with that information). All the paperwork was completed and the trailer had arrived! As we walked up to it, the door was open revealing dirty foot prints on the wood flooring, the awning was open and filthy and the wheels were not the same aluminum wheels that had been on the trailer the day we saw it, in fact they didn't even match! We threw are arms up in aggravation, demanded our money back, ripped up the paperwork and left! With all of the negatives, I should have known it was not meant to be. I would NOT recommend this place to my worst enemy! read more

Would avoid this place when looking for a new rv or trailer. They are snakes here and give the ultimate worst customer service after buying your trailer. I have never dealt with such incompetence, rudeness and over all "don't care" attitude. Within 8 months of buying our trailer we have had issues and had to call around to get it resolved and they just point fingers at the manufacturers and the manufacturer points at the seller. Ask if I can get a repair done closer to my house as Nipomo is 3 hours drive from me, told I could go to other genesis dealers... not one would service a trailer they did not sell. Brian was supposed to be in communication with me which he was not and did not return my call. Bought an extended warranty and am now considering further filing a complaint and looking into getting my warranty refunded as I can see how difficult it will be to actually use it. Going to drive my trailer back to them and let them deal with getting it properly repairs. Linoleum is bubbling up, door handles and broke, vent lids disingrated in the sun, paper speakers outside of trailer allow water to get through, and the list goes on. I will update if and when I ever get to the bottom of getting the repairs complete and someone taking ownership for it. read more

Horrible service. As soon as they sold us a defective trailer they stopped answering our calls. The won't return the many voicemails I have left detailing what is wrong and needs to be repaired under warranty. Do not purchase from this place. They are only interested in the sale, and half of their sales pitches how great they are customer service and if there's anything wrong you bring it back and I'll fix it under warranty. They push the warranty warranty warranty. We even purchased the extended warranty which we will definitely no cancel but that's besides the point. I will continue to call and leave messages. I will update this as progress happens. If you are reading this, they still haven't even called. Keep searching. There are a lot of good RV sales places. Just let in the RV place no the price that these guys are selling it for and they will match it. They all do. Two BIG thumbs down. read more

Purchased a used 5th wheel which was "serviced" from top to bottom by their service department. We started the generator while we were looking at the unit which was running rough. Before the purchase was complete we were told they would completely go over the unit and service everything. Ya, right! When we were getting ready to go camping, my husband stared the generator to find it running rough again, started looking into it and found a quarter of an inch of sand. Cleaned that out, changed the oil and filter, and air filter, all three fuel filters, spark plugs, drained the fuel and replaced it with fresh fuel and it still ran rough. It's is now in San Luis at a shop and the carburetor is shot. Chris in service at the Trailer Hitch is apparently completely incompetent, and Mike just seems to try and defend and cover things up. Save yourself money and time, DON'T DO BUSINESS HERE! read more

Friday night before a Saturday morning out of town trip in the RV. We're packed. Tanks are full. I test the toilet...BAM! Damn gremlins caused the toilet water to run non stop. We have choices. Cancel the trip...not happening. Take chance the toilet gremlins will fix what they caused...not likely. Last hope RV repair on a Saturday morning. Called around and not many open. But Nipomo Trailer Hitch was, but they only take reservations for repairs. Whined to the lovely and talented Esmeralda about the fricking gremlins ruining our trip. She stopped everything..,got in touch with the head honcho...and garnered us permission to bring the gremlin infected RV in for immediate extermination. The crew jumped right on our problem...had the part in stock...put it in and we were only an hour late leaving with smirking faces knowing the gremlins lost AND there is a fantastic RV repair center in Nipomo. I am not the type that does reviews, but this one is well deserved! We purchased a used, older toyhauler from Aaron and we could not be happier! I was expecting and prepared to deal with repairs, but every single piece of equipment was working perfect during a check up and ever since. Aaron was great and up front with all existing issues documented such as resealing, maintenance required, tires,..... and not just that. He waited for us way past working hours and into the night until we went to purchase and replace defective brake light switch on our truck! It is our first ever RV and we also purchased and had service install a brake controller and weight distribution hitch, too. We poked their brains from Sales to Service for tips and advice along the way and they were all very helpful and informative. It was the toyhauler and a great price that drove us in, but it was face to face interaction and sincerity that gave us confidence in the purchase! If it was possible to give a negative star that's the rating these people deserve. it all starts fine but when they have you cash the help STOPS!!!. THEY HAVE ABSOLUTLY NO CONCERN FOR CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. The sales staff has no knowledge of the product. the finance dept is very uninformative on rates,options etc. I couldn't even get any help when my payment was due and had no statement info. the product line is nice the price's are good but come to find out I could have got the same deal at least 3 other dealers. I honestly hope that nothing goes wrong with my new rv and I have to take it in for warranty. I did find that I can take it to another dealer 3 hrs from where I live for warranty repairs and as sad as it sounds I think I would rather do that than deal with these people again. lesson learned buyer beware. read more

This started out as a good experience, with prompt and courteous response through their webpage as I inquired about a trailer. I know they have low prices, but I was asking for lower. Who doesn't want to save money? And, in their business, it's not like it's a foreign concept that a customer wants to save money. At any rate, they say if you find a lower price on the web, they'll match it. So, I find a lower price and they say it doesn't qualify because it's from the East Coast. When I point to the contents of all our emails that showed they never qualified it had to be from a West Coast dealer, they simply got pissy. At about 11 in the evening, I got an email from Michael H. who says after much consideration, they're willing to finally give me a discount. A whopping 5 dollars. The amount, plus the way it was worded was a total insult and they know it. When I emailed back, relaying my shock that they'd resort to insulting me, Michael H. said he responded that way because I said I was a lawyer. Hello?? So what? Mentioning what I do for a living is NO excuse to insult a potential customer. He must not like lawyers, I guess, but it's still not a reason to be pissy. After a few more emails, even where I apologize for mentioning I was a lawyer--although I don't know why I should be sorry about that--Michael H still upheld the fact that he was NOT trying to insult me with the five dollar discount. Sure. Yeah. I still wanted the trailer because sadly they were the only dealership nearby that had it. But I guess Michael didn't care about getting a customer because he started to be very curt with me, even going as far as saying they wouldn't be getting any new models of the trailer I wanted, which is a surprise to me because I thought rv dealerships always got new models and several other dealerships are getting the new models. Then, I found a one up in No. Cal, for cheaper and even relayed that back to Michael H., per the advertisement on their page that they'd match another price. And, no loop holes on this one. It was a California dealer. Suddenly, he no longer wants to do business with me. Shocker. I decided it was worth the extra drive to get a trailer from someone who actually wanted my business. And, other than the fact that he very likely lied about not getting any 2014 Forest Rivers for my model, he also told me earlier on in the conversation--when he was being civil--that I should hop on board and buy his older 2013 model (that's been sitting on his lot for a year, soaking up the sun and having kids run through them) because the 2014 won't have the same power package. Lie. The 2014s have the power package because I just bought one. For cheaper. Best yet, the guy is nicer and doesn't insult and then drive away business. I'm sure this is a decent dealership, when these men want to behave and be nice to people. But for me, total pass. read more

Went in on a Saturday afternoon, they had a 5th wheel toyhauler real close to what we were looking for. The Sales Lady was very helpful and knowledgable. However, when it came down to talking dollars and cents, she asked what deal would work for us (we a trade-in) I told her. She left for about 3 minutes, came back and said that the finance guy said that we were to far apart on $$'s - we said OK, lets look at it and see what we can work out. She said, "he left" ok when is he coming back "he's not" - well then he must not really want to sell a trailer then. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS - there are plenty of other RV sales companies around that are much more willing to work with you and sell you a unit. read more

We were seriously considering upgrading our 5th wheel trailer. They posted open until 6pm but half the trailers were locked by 425pm. No one ever approached us to inquire if we were in the market to buy. The only person we saw was a guy going trailer to trailer locking them. Never acknowledged our presents. We did find one we liked, but looks like it won't be purchased through them. Looks like back to Sky River RV in Paso Robles where we purchased the last trailer and were treated well. read more

I wish I had read the reviews before I decided to buy my fifth wheel at Trailer Hitch. Yes, they have slightly lower prices but it's not worth it because their service department is a nightmare. I had cash in hand on Wednesday but was told I couldn't pick up until Monday because they would "go through all the systems to make sure everything is working properly".( the rig is a brand new, $40,000 Keystone ) in that 5 day period they crashed into the rear, denting the access ladder and left the porch light on which completely drained the battery. Those are the things we caught in the walk through. What we didn't catch until we moved it hundreds of miles was that the awning is not working and the top of the line Dometic refrigerator is broken- will not work on either gas or electric setting. We called immediately to try to get help. The line was busy for hours and when we did finally get through we were given the run around, " you'll have to speak to Chris" but he wasn't available " you'll have to leave a message". No return call. After days of the same frustrating treatment, I finally called Barber RV down in Ventura who were professional and helpful. Of course I have to pay for a repair that should be covered by warranty. Don't buy from these guys if you expect any kind if service. If I were Keystone I would pull their license. read more

We have had our Kodiak 276BHSL for over a year now. It has turned into a complete nightmare. It's a lemon. These guys have had it 2 times to fix and cannot get the problems with the slide controllers fixed. We live 150 miles away but in order to get the repair covered under the manufacturer's warranty we have to come back here. That's 600 miles driven just to deal with a lemon. I'd give the sales & selection 4 stars and their service department 0 stars. Too bad the service aspect outweighs the sales part. I'm not sure if I believe them that it takes 6 weeks to get the parts needed and their best guy still can't fix the problem. Hey everyone wants pay for the trailer and storage every month while it is completely useless, right? Thanks guys for selling complete junk and dragging your feet trying to fix it under warranty. Their website is pretty good. My suggestion is use it to find what you like and then find a dealer that stands behind what they sell. Bought a brand new toyhauler 2 months ago from Trailer Hitch RV. The day after I brought it home prior to me even using it, the trailer began leaking water from the water pump in the kitchen. Understandably this isn't the dealers fault but the manufactures'. However my biggest complaint is the service dept. I had to call and beg and plead for them to take my trailer and just stop the leak. They said they were not available till Thursday at two in the afternoon and I was calling on a Monday. I work out of town Tuesday through Friday and begged and begged and begged them to take the trailer that day and fix it whenever they had the chance because I would not be able to bring them the trailer during the week. Finally they agreed to accept the trailer and when I arrived the fix was pretty simple and done that day however very stressful for myself and my family. For me more importantly the service department has not followed up with return phone calls or regarding some items that were promised to be fixed that were listed on the bill of sale as needing to be fixed. Sales department was OK they did not hassle me which was good however their financing was double the interest-rate what I ended up getting from the same bank when I called and applied on my own. Gotta agree with the other reviewers. Staff not too helpful with suggestions. Simply a, "I would suggest a different trailer.." No suggestions for other units, no suggestions on prices they could make work. Nothing but the aforementioned comment and "Bu bye." Really? Who says that? read more

So I wised up and contacted a reputable business, Mike Thompson RV. I wish I would have gone here the first time. They had the exact same trailer and gave it to me for 2500 under what Trailer Hitch RV was trying to. They worked with me and were more than happy to negotiate on the price. They did not once say, "We don't accept low ball offers. We believe our prices are the lowest in California if not the Nation." Welp, I proved them wrong didn't I. They could of sold 2 RV's to me if they would of bugged on the price or worked with me a little. Mike Thompson's even through in a free brand new trailer hitch and 2 new batteries. They were also up front with me on my trade in and advised me they couldn't give me what I wanted for it. Please do not believe these guys advertising. Their prices look good but its too good to be true. They are a small time operation (which I usually like to support) and have no people skills and treat you like you know nothing. We researched 5th wheel RVs for about 7-8 months before settling on the Crusader by Prime Time. We checked for dealer as the closest dealer told us that they would not be selling that line anymore. ( manteca trailer Review ). We called Trailer Hitch RV center and spoke with Steve who gave us all the information and answered all our questions on the phone, we decided at that time to take the 250 mile drive to Nipomo to look at the unit one more time and if we liked it we would buy it. By the way this was the day after Christmas. We arrived there and Steve was ready to work with us! He took us out to the unit and let us go through the trailer to check if it would really work for us. There was no pressure and no phony sales pitches. He listened to our conversation and suggested that we might look at this new manufacturer Grand Design, he went through all the history and stuff, at first we were skeptical but we decided that it was at least worth a look. We walked into the Reflection 303 and my wife immediately fell in love with the floor, very little carpet, next she saw the huge pantry and the hutch in the kitchen and thought this was it. We went back and forth so many times that Steve left and told us see you in the office when your ready. Well we decided that both units are well made and each had certain things we liked but the Reflection fit our needs and wants just a bit better so we bought it. It took Steve about 30 minutes to do all the paper work the price was very fair the process painless. We scheduled the PDI and pick up for the 16th of January at which time Steve wrote a new contract and even got us a lower interest rate than what we agreed to the first time. We drove back down there for the PDI and pick up on the 16th. The service department is about 1.5 miles from the lot. We entered the lot and our trailer was right in the front facing us. We where greeted by Chris the service manager who introduced us to Jerry the tech that performed the PDI. Jerry was very thorough an knowledgable on the unit, he took time and explained all the systems and components. We had our IPad so it helped to take pics and notes. I had them add a plug in the bed for the trailer cord and also asked them to adjust the hitch ride hight. They did all this then hooked up the truck to make sure all was good and the turn radius worked. They unhooked us and we went to their store which is in Grover city. Got a bite to eat and headed back to the service department for departure. All in all they spent about 6 hours with us and made us feel comfortable and welcome. I had a few questions about some stuff called left a msg got a call back within 24 hours. I will do business with these guys again and hope others do as we'll. read more

I am updating my review This is all in part to the hard work of Brian the new service manager at Trailer Hitch Once Brian became aware of the problems that I was facing Lack of communication no record of some of my service request prior to purchase and after purchase Brian worked diligently to get everything back on track Brian even went as far as sending a technician to my place of residence to attempt a repair Rolando the service technician that came up was very professional and knowledgeable unfortunately all the repairs could not be made at my residence My wife and I took the trailer down to the service department a couple weeks later to finish up all the repairs Rolando and Greg ( I think that was his name ) worked feverishly for hours to correct all deficiencies All items of concern were due to neglect of quality control at the factory if I were ever to purchase another Toy Hauler I would definitely purchase it from Trailer Hitch The only thing I would do different is be more thorough on the walk-through which was my fault completely As I assumed the manufacture would have been more thorough on their quality control prior to shipment to the dealer read more

I will like to start with the sales department is great and treated me well but the Service department is different. I took my trailer that i had just purchased from them a couple months prior to get a couple problems worked on which you will have with buying a new RV so I drop off my trailer and tell them everything that I've had problems with a couple things they say they outsource but they will take care of so I leave the trailer. Couple weeks later they call me and say my trailer is ready for pick up everything is done so we set a pick up appointment I arrive to pick up my trailer just to find out that everything was not done an they had only fixed one thing that we had spoke of not everything so They tell me they will give me a free detail inside and out since I drove there to pick up my trailer and it was not done and had to leave it to finish getting the rest of the repairs done and let me add I live 2 1/2 hours away one way. A couple days later I get a call from the person that originally did my paperwork when I dropped off my trailer and he tries to tell me that he did not tell me they would send my trailer off to get the outsourced work done even though he did but after a couple rude calls from them they finally get my trailer done So I called the day before my scheduled pick up for my trailer to make sure they were able to get the detail done and I was actually going to get my trailer this time when I show up and they said yes everything was good to go they are getting ready to detail it now so the next day i drive 2 1/2 hours to find my trailer so dirty and they tell me well we didn't have time to do it because we are getting trailers ready for pick ups tomorrow which I don't know about you guys but I think today is before tomorrow so my trailer should have came first but hey who am i. So they rinse my trailer off and bring it up and the guy just walks away from me goes and gets another trailer for another couple and does a walk around with them to make sure they were happy with everything that was done to their trailer but not once did he come to check on me or do a walk around with my trailer with me I had to flag down other employees to get help and my trailer looks worse now than it did when I dropped it off read more
