Everyone was very helpful, friendly, accommodating to getting it done within a week. I would highly recommend not off of just service but the cost was more than affordable. I bought my own bottles, artwork $50 and the etching was $20 per bottle. Most sites I had viewed were charging $120-$160. When I went in the storefront I was able to see some other items they create and I would definitely go back for other personalized gift ideas in the future.

Ok, I'm looking for something metallic. I needed something other than the usual picture frame or keychain. There are a couple of store associates, and the friendly gal helps me narrow down some items. She made sure to verify the engraving: layout, font, message, spelling, etc. She gave me an approximate time for me to return when the engraving would be ready. The engraving was not ready as promised so I had to come back another day. Disappointing, but not devastating since I had time before anniversary day. All in all it was ok, except for the one hiccup. Nice people, clean engraving, but the goods were not delivered on time.

My law firm needed some last minute holiday gift baskets, so I stopped in with my boss to check out their selection. Dan was uber helpful (and it didn't hurt that he gave us tons of samples). Despite the fact that we were terribly last minute (I think it was the week of Christmas already) he was incredibly helpful and personable. He allowed us to customize our baskets with certain types of snacks that we wanted to or didn't want to include. Our clients had nothing but great things to say about the baskets they delivered. The staff was also very accommodating when several of our baskets were returned and/or we wanted to change instructions. We forgot to give them new instructions about one of our returned baskets and they even gave us a "basket credit" for our next order. The prices are comparable to other gift basket companies, but the service definitely excels. It's also great that they periodically send me small baskets for random occasions (like a pot o' gold for St. Patrick's Day) to remind me of how great of a job they did.

My first impression walking up to shop, it's going to be filled with all kinds of goodies. The reality exceeded my expectations. I did give myself a budget before I walked in of $100. I headed to the back to find the Oracle deck cards. She had a decorative table in the back displaying her gorgeous Oracle deck cards. There were little refreshments and amazing cookies to celebrate the occasion. After learning more about Oracle deck cards, I decided to shuffle and pull two cards. They were exactly on point. I became emotional and decided to explore the rest of the store. I realized I did give myself a big enough budget. It truly was a gift givers paradise: stones, teas, essential oils, aromatherapy, skincare, books, socks, stickers, cards, plushies, jewelry, etc. I ended up only purchasing two sets of Oracle Deck cards, but I already bookmarked this shop to return for future gift shopping.
