Crazy woman with a dog lives at this park. Beware! She followed my kids and I to our RV. My son is autistic and she started to clap her hands at him like a dog and said he was crying way too loud. My husband came out of the RV and told her to leave that she was making our son and us uncomfortable. She was desperate to get my son close to her and her dog. We went to the office to complain and the women was in there complaining that we were to loud but quite hour ended at 7am. We left... not family friendly keep it moving. This isn't the first time she has done this. I went on to look at the parks reviews and there you go another person saying she followed them to there RV. read more

Would highly recommend this park. We have a 46 ft 5th wheel and had no trouble getting in or out. the owners are very helpful and kind and knowledgeable of the area, gave us fantastic ideas on places to go. the gift shop on site was much more reasonable than in town and there are other products there that are made by locals. There is a pool which wasn't open yet when we were there and laundry and dog area. Would definitely come back again! read more

Customer service and communication is outstanding, plus the park had everything we needed...Water, power, septic and good wi-fi! We were here for only one day, while packing up we discovered we had an running light issue. Morgan was so helpful with juggling incoming guests arriving (for our space) and us trying to troubleshoot the issue. Got the issue fixed, we packed up and got underway three hours after checkout. Good for an overnight stay, nice gravel sites with cement pads, full hookups, fast wifi. No fires allowed.

This place is so great. We have three kids and a dog and enjoyed staying here. They have a clean camp ground, nice rec center, and super friendly people. The owners, Morgan and John, are very nice people! The dog park has a really huge tree (although it was still bare when we came), but a lot of other nice trees. We would love to come back. We enjoyed our stay here at the Trailer Village. I'm not sure if it has recently come under new ownership/management recently but we didn't run into any of the issues that others mentioned in their reviews online. The owners greeted us and were very friendly. The park could definitely use some updating but it seems that the current management is working to restore the park. The sites are level and the park itself is very convenient to downtown Roswell. Give 'em a try as we were happy with our experience. read more

My husband and I are on our third trip across this great country of ours. We visited 27 states on our second trip and hope to visit even more this time around. We have had a lot of experience with RV parks and I have to tell you Trailer Village RV Park is the most exceptional for many reasons. It has very clean laundry facilities, clean bathroom facilities and the roadways around the sites are maintained daily. The internet was excellent and I was able to stream movies without any problem. The place is 1 mile from the town which houses a really cool museum about the alien crash that occurred in Roswell and there are nice shops and places to eat. I love the alien decor at the campground office which made really cool pics when we posed with Paul the alien. We didn't tow a car because it has been easier to rent cars as needed but Roswell is still a small town and they don't have a lot of taxi or Uber available. All the staff is so friendly there that they make you feel like you're welcome family that's come to visit, especially Debbie. Now here is where the big difference is. Businesses may have the same product but not all businesses have exceptional customer service or Debbie. We were hit with a problem but Debbie stepped up and totally helped us out. We were supposed to stay just two nights but my husband had a terrible gout attack and couldn't move his foot which meant he couldn't drive. Debbie took me to CVS so I could pickup my husband's medication. It wasn't to be the last time she stepped in to help us. Later she gave us a ride to the hospital and then Walmart as my supplies were running low. She is a truly an amazing person. We felt so safe there as he recuperated. That's an important thing in these fragile times we are in, to feel safe and to feel that someone has your back. Debbie and her husband Erin have made Trailer Village RV Park that kind of place. Nice little park, very clean and well run. The owners are fantastic, friendly and courteous. Only stayed a night passing through but would stay again in a min. Spots are pretty tight together but for a night it was fine. We had no issues with our full hook ups. Wifi, at least where we were at was weak but usable. Park was close to if not full which might have contributed to it. Cable hook up only really offers local PBS stations, a bit of a bummer. Showers and laundry very clean, as was the front office/store. read more

I was just passing through and barely spent 12 hours there so at $39 a night it was a bit pricey; however I can see it's a nice place. It's very clean, level, laundry, and clean bathrooms and showers with good pressure. The spots are really close together and there is a cool geocache right out front. I'd stay there again for sure. I only dropped the star because it's probably not worth a simple overnight, nor the spacing. read more

No frills park, but was adequate for a few nights stay. It's close to all of the local in town attractions as well. Laundry facilities are small, three washers and four dryers. This place is wonderful. Don't like the word "trailer" in the title fool you- sometimes it makes me wary that it will be more "trailer Parky" but this place is small, sweet and perfect for a few nights in Roswell. Staff is super nice and will lead you to your spot, great alien gift shop too! Only reason i took off a star is because the WiFi didn't work at all so that was a little bummer. Super nice staff!!! We got lost on the way here but all we had to do was call and the sweetest lady guided us all the way in. Over the top to accommodate their guests. We were given a map to use for the RV park and a map to use for town with highlighted places of interests. They actually have a man in a golf cart show you to your location spot. The showers and restrooms are very clean and you have to have a passcode to get in them. That made me feel so much safer! There are washers and dryers for your coin usage in a very clean building. I love all the "alien" statues spread around for the guests amusement. The Park is quiet, clean and perfect. Make sure you call a day or two ahead of time. We called early on the morning of the day we were coming and just happened to get a spot...the LAST spot. So glad we got to come here. read more
