We really loved this campground! It was small but so very charming. The ladies bath house was so cute and I was surprised to see a dressing table in it! Landscaping was very nice and had country and barnyard decorations scattered around. Even the dumpster was painted with flowers on the side! The laundry and community rooms were convenient and decorated in a whimsical country style. There were drinks and ice cream available in the community room-pay on the honor system. Sites were a reasonable size and easy to get into. There were several sites for large Rv's to pull into and drive straight out upon leaving. There was also a large field behind the campground with a dirt road around it to walk or take your dog. Owners live next door and were very sweet. This campground is a very special place!! read more

This was such a cute little place to stay.. super friendly host... well maintained facilities. The showers were adorable... quaint little snack bar.. love that they had pull through the pull through and then he opened the gate and we were out on the main road.. definitely a nice treasure & will stay here again read more

I wish I could give them 10 stars!!! We broke down on our way home to California from Texas and needed a place to park for the night. Then we found this fabulous place- very peaceful, quiet and charming, and the nicest people running the place! We will definitely be back the next time we're in the area. read more

We, Wanted to really give this place a five start. But I would say this park is not suited for large class As. The spaces were very tight. There is no dog area, just an open field. Make sure you bring your own doggie bags to pick up your dogs waste. Only one bathroom and shower for each, which needs cleaning and hand-soap. But most importantly although its not the park's fault. The park is on the highway. If your a light sleeper bring your ear plugs. Loud truck noise throughout the night and a 2 am train that loves their horn. We left a night earlier because we just need to get some sleep. We camped at Red Barn RV Park in a Motorhome. read more

I called Lee at 6pm the same day that we needed a site for car-camping. She had one spot left and saved it with a cone, as we were arriving after 10pm. I was able to plug my EV into the RV outlet & charge overnight with my portable level 2 charging cord! Beautiful RV site on the outskirts of Roswell with clean showers/bathrooms. This is a wonderful boutique RV park. The owner takes pride in her business and it shows. The showers were large and clean, there is a pet walk area through the adjacent alfalfa fields, and a self serve shop base on the honor system. We enjoyed having grass by our site, a luxury not often found. We much prefer this quiet park to a large gravel lot with many other RVs. We enjoyed our stay so much we have booked again for our return trip home. read more

Amazing! We loved our spot, especially with 4 kids. We had great communication with Lynn. The front office/welcome area is so cute and cozy! We were able to wash all of our clothes which was a blessing since the last place we were at didn't have laundry as stated. And the bathrooms/showers were so clean. We are a military family traveling across country and it is nice to feel at home when we have no home at the moment. This RV park was a God-send after a long day of traveling. Everything was super clean. The woman who owns it was absolutely delightful. She has goodies (sodas & ice cream) available on an honor system payment. There is also a little book-swap area. This place is close to everything, but not in the middle of everything. Lee was very nice and gave me a quick tour around this small homey feel park. She gave me a choice of pull-thru or back in site. We chose a back-in site only because the background view had a nice green farm. I told Lee this was my first time to back into a site. She literally helped me back up and park in the site smoothly. The rate was very reasonable ($32 with escapee discount). I usually do not give out my five stars but I would not hesitate to give my 5 stars this RV park. read more

This park is located in a beautiful setting, surrounded by large trees and farmland. The owners are very friendly and helpful, and keep the place tidy and clean. It is located approximately two miles from the main street in Roswell. It is an easy/flat bike ride into town from the RV park. There is a two mile exercise path (gravel/dirt) through the surrounding farmland where you can walk your pet. We stayed for a week and I highly recommend this park. Very quaint and quiet. read more

This is a small and cozy site. The barn was nice and clean. The warm welcome from the Owner Lee made us feel right at home.

We arrived with no reservations and the hostess still had a couple of spots for us to choose from. It is a well maintained, clean park. The hostess was awesome. She provided us with sight seeing guide and even let us know that one spot was only open for 4 hours and wrote the hours down on the map for us. Even told us the best spot for breakfast, and the food at the place was great. Everything was clean, well lit at night and the dog walk area was huge and very little weeds. Loved it there. If we are ever in the area again we will be staying here again. read more

This campground was so quant and perfect! Lee (the owner) was delightful. Downtown was only 2.5 miles away. We are at the winery/bistro in town, which was great. I highly recommend staying here. They even had a great running trail behind the campground through beautiful farm fields. read more
