We, Wanted to really give this place a five start. But I would say this park is not suited for large class As. The spaces were very tight. There is no dog area, just an open field. Make sure you bring your own doggie bags to pick up your dogs waste. Only one bathroom and shower for each, which needs cleaning and hand-soap. But most importantly although its not the park's fault. The park is on the highway. If your a light sleeper bring your ear plugs. Loud truck noise throughout the night and a 2 am train that loves their horn. We left a night earlier because we just need to get some sleep. We camped at Red Barn RV Park in a Motorhome.

Super cute, quiet spot. Well kept grounds. Owner is. Very helpful. Nearby good restaurant.

Stayed at a very cute RV place in Roswell NM. The Red Barn RV park. Has a laundry facility and restroom with showers. Stocks a refrigerator with Cold drinks and ice cream and ice. Only 13 full hook ups, 40 a night. We used it a a central location to White Sands, Carlsbad and Guadalupe National Parks.

Lee, the owner, is a gem to speak with on the phone and in person. The park is small, very well maintained, plenty of area to walk our dog and extremely clean bath house and laundry. Would definitely recommend!

After leaving in March, we knew we'd return to this park. We're spending a couple months here. Lee is the same wonderful host. The park is the same small, safe place it was in March. Lee is going all out with holiday decorations right now, and it makes the park that much more charming. I really recommend staying here if you can get a reservation. It's a calm, relaxing place you'll love.

I called Lee at 6pm the same day that we needed a site for car-camping. She had one spot left and saved it with a cone, as we were arriving after 10pm. I was able to plug my EV into the RV outlet & charge overnight with my portable level 2 charging cord! Beautiful RV site on the outskirts of Roswell with clean showers/bathrooms. Highly recommend!

This is a wonderful boutique RV park. The owner takes pride in her business and it shows. The showers were large and clean, there is a pet walk area through the adjacent alfalfa fields, and a self serve shop base on the honor system. We enjoyed having grass by our site, a luxury not often found. We much prefer this quiet park to a large gravel lot with many other RVs. We enjoyed our stay so much we have booked again for our return trip home.

Amazing! We loved our spot, especially with 4 kids. We had great communication with Lynn. The front office/welcome area is so cute and cozy! We were able to wash all of our clothes which was a blessing since the last place we were at didn't have laundry as stated. And the bathrooms/showers were so clean. We are a military family traveling across country and it is nice to feel at home when we have no home at the moment. We will definitely recommend this quaint spot for all of our military friends and we will be back if we are ever in the area! Thank you for a great experience.

Very clean RV park. Trees, meadows great views. Lee was great at welcoming us and giving us information about the area. Roswell Museum is just down the way. Spaces are limited so get yours reserved.

Nice hidden gem just 2 miles from downtown. Small park with excellent full hookups. Big enough for my 39 ft. Accolade all opened up. Definitely would recommend.

We appreciated how quickly they notified us when our forwarded mail arrived just a few days later. Our site #6 is across the street from the bathhouse. It is a gravel pull through with 30 Amp service, water spigot below surface and sewer. I must confess a personal dislike of below surface spigots because it 1) requires me to kneel to connect my water hose and 2) fills up with water during a rainy day. The bathhouse shower stalls are a little bigger than most we've experienced and the wife was thrilled to find one of the ladies' stalls (not handicap) had a handheld shower head. Campgrounds need to understand that handheld shower heads and flexible hoses make shower time quicker. The laundry room was acceptable, but maybe out of habit, we felt we had to wipe the washers and tables down before using them. The cost of a load was $2/wash and $2.50/dry. The park's location was good for us, 3 miles from downtown Roswell going north and 3 miles south, the former Roswell Army Air Field (RAAF)/ Walker Air Base. By the way, the Walker Aviation Museum is in the current Roswell Air Center. We are in a 22-foot Class B Travel Van staying 6 nights and would recommend this campground if you're spending time in the Roswell area.

Great staff and great property! The property was well…read moremarked, clean and good amenities (showers, laundry, dog areas). Will definitely stay here again our next time through!
