I had a bad experience several years ago when they repaired my power washer (significantly over…read morecharged me and were rude to add insult to injury) but, I considered that it was a long time ago and maybe I could chalk it up to a one time incident. So, I needed to have my fuel line and filter repaired on my chainsaw. For starters their customer service had not improved and I should have known then to just turn around and go somewhere else. I told them what I needed and they took my saw. When I asked if they had a rough estimate on the cost of repairs the guy at the other end of the counter (who, up to this point never acknowledged my existence) butted in and said that since the fuel line was deteriorated then they should rebuild the carb and that cost about $75. I told them that all I needed was the fuel line and filter replaced. They called and told me the repairs were made but "it'll start and run but will not idle, we recommend that you let us rebuild the carburetor". I told him that if it would run with my finger on the trigger, it was good enough for me (still very suspicious at this point). Well I just finished cutting a trailer full of wood and wouldn't you know!!!!!! IT IDLED JUST FINE!!!!!!! That confirmed my suspicions that they employ predatory practices and employees. Be very wary if you use them. If you have time there is another small repair shop just down the street on Hamilton Rd.

She was so greatful and appreciative of the customer service she received. I know my child was stressing badly and was a definite basket case. Bubba, her tow truck driver, went out of his way to help her. From guiding her through filing a claim with her insurance and dealing with UHauls lack of customer service to knocking off a good chunk of the total bill, to giving her some good advice on how to handle this unfortunate setback.
