My truck was there for over 3 weeks when I picked it up and took it literally down the street it was damn near shaking apart so I took it right back and they kept it for another week because they never preformed the camber on it when I picked it up it was ok and I was told to buy new tires that they were the cause of the shaking so I went and got new tires mounted and balanced all the way around the truck. I still had an issues with the wearing of tires on the steer so I took it back again and to my surprise I was told that I needed to drop the steer axle again and get a camber done on it, when I told them that it was done by them a month ago they replied that it if there's not two signatures on the paper that it was my fault for taking the truck and not checking it. I paid for it again and when I came back a few days later to my surprise they told me it was done but when I inspected the truck there was not one new u bolt on it witch lead me to believe the job was not done again I also ended up with a bent bumper in the process but by this time I needed my truck and I needed it to be working again. Months later I stopped at a shop in Denver because my tires are wearing again and what a night and day difference with the experience and I was told that I would get updates threw the whole process. I stayed there a week and it costed me 1,800.00 vs the 5,700.00 I paid at McBrides and to this day the truck is running as smooth as it ever has not to mention I got photos and video of all the work done on my truck. BE CAUTIOUS when getting work done here and make sure you inspect everything they say they did they are vary untrustworthy and will cut corners and lie that they did work they never preformed. I I'm not the only one that this has been done to there are a lot of independents and small trucking companies that will attest to what I am saying it sucks that they are the only ones in Albuquerque but a little drive to Cruces, El Paso or Colorado will save you big in the long run.

Fiber Works ran a random card from another one of my employees who brought another truck in a few weeks prior. While just running a card without authorization is one thing, what about a $672.14 oil change? Oil changes for my company's box trucks cost anywhere from $275 to $330.00. I have never seen a charge higher than $330, until now. Reviewing the scam invoice, they billed 3.5 hours of labor at $350 to do the oil change. Thats ridiculous. Then they charged $312.14 for the oil, filters, and some tax. They never quoted the work and until now had been somewhat reasonable to work with. But to price gouge like this during the COVID19 epidemic, not call for approval (which we would have pulled the truck asap and not approved being gouged), then running an old card on file to slide the charge through unnoticed is unreal. Price gouging in a time of national crisis? It would not surprise me if these are the same people who hoarded toilet paper and are not selling it on craigslist for $10 a roll. We are not doing any more service at this location, ever.

Spoke to four different people who simply could not or would not understand we were not in a position to wait days to drop off trailer. We completely understood it may take days to start the repair but for this inept business to not allow us to drop off are Airstream insisiting that we would have to just stay in the area until they could accept our Airstream IS RIDICULOUS, a blatant refusal to provide basic customer service. BOOO AIRSTREAM OF NEW MEXICO you could do better, you chose not to provide basic customer service. This is a far cry from the previous owners of Airstream of New Mexico who have since retired and sold their well run business to these unresponsive goons. The kid finally stopped typing and asked me if I needed help and I told him what I wanted. He got 1 bearing set and said he did not know about distribution hitches but the chatting guy did. I waited 6 minutes and nothing at all for help. Kid then asked office guy if any were in stock and was told no. Kid repeated the answer then went back to typing. No offer to order it or anything. Had to ask twice for a second set of bearings and to pay. They let several hundred dollars walk out the door because office guy too lazy to come assist when asked and the other felt it was more important to discuss new features in cars with a customer being assisted by someone else.. Will find another dealer. On a better note, the first time I went in there was a lady that helped me and she was friendly/attentive. If you do not see her at the counter then walk away.
