The kid finally stopped typing and asked me if I needed help and I told him what I wanted. He got 1 bearing set and said he did not know about distribution hitches but the chatting guy did. I waited 6 minutes and nothing at all for help. Kid then asked office guy if any were in stock and was told no. Kid repeated the answer then went back to typing. No offer to order it or anything. Had to ask twice for a second set of bearings and to pay. They let several hundred dollars walk out the door because office guy too lazy to come assist when asked and the other felt it was more important to discuss new features in cars with a customer being assisted by someone else.. Will find another dealer. On a better note, the first time I went in there was a lady that helped me and she was friendly/attentive. If you do not see her at the counter then walk away.

He must of sold it online over the weekend because he was closed all weekend and I showed up at 915am Monday. Very unprofessional I missed work and bought trailer locks chop blocks and other accessories all for nothing I was so mad. His word is butter not gold. We recently took our RV into this shop to have our slides adjusted, and after it being there for…read moreover two months, we finally got it back in a condition that was nowhere near what it should have been. The communication throughout the process was almost nonexistent. We were also given a quote that was not honored, which was extremely frustrating. When we tried to address our concerns, employees, including the owner, Tom, were argumentative and unprofessional. Tom yelled at me when I questioned the situation, then quickly changed his tone once the issue was pointed out more clearly. One of the technicians also yelled at us while he was trying to point out flaws in the work. The technician said he did not know what condition the trailer was in when we brought it in, but instead of listening or helping resolve the concerns, he became defensive and raised his voice. Because of the way he was acting inside our camper, he was told to exit. At that point, we paid them just to be done with the situation, but the work itself was very poorly done. The slides were not repaired properly. Cords were left hanging loosely from the slides, and the slides wobble when going out, which is not right or safe. The rollers they installed also appear to be set way too high and are now breaking into the wood on the slide floors. Because of this, we are having to do additional work ourselves just to prevent the slide floor from being damaged further. Overall, this was a VERY disappointing experience. Between the lack of communication, not honoring the quote, unprofessional behavior, and poor workmanship, I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS SHOP!!!

At this time I discovered the disc brake caliper had broken off and tore the brake line off. We are 1300 miles from home, never good. Manny and George ordered the part needed to fix the brake line and to bleed the whole system. We left after a couple hours with 3 working breaks and will nurse our way home. Manny was upfront and honest, fixed it as best it good be and charged me a fair price to get us on the road. We we're blessed to have found him.

The guy is a big-time scam. Artist does not know how to treat his customers screams and yells in your a very aggressive technique to threaten in payment or else. If you're looking for a reliable mechanic in and around Albuquerque, please do not use this company. We have seen various for reviews that stayed the same thing we wish we would've looked it up before deciding to take our RV to this guy. Bad business man in general he did not even fix the RV by the time we made it to Amarillo the brake pad that he supposedly replaced had to be replaced by the TA in Amarillo, which gave us a written estimate and a timeframe of the work to be done done a thorough inspection of our RV and said that everything that he said he fixed did not need fixed or has not had any repairs done to it. So we were definitely scammed. Please use caution if ever dealing with this company, but like I said previously, I highly recommend staying very clear of all hard fleet services.
