True to form they bent over backwards to get them for me, gave tips on getting registered with O'Reilys online so I can get a $5 gift card, rocked out a military discount for me and issued me a $10 rebate for my purchase. Very simple purchase of windshield wipers was one of my purchases. Been putting them on for decades with no issues. WELL TODAY I bought Bosch brand, couldn't get them on out in front of store. Went in Nate ask "problems", I explained issue, he smiled said welllllll you picked the one brand that isn't universal. He grabbed a different one off shelf, came out to truck, had the new one on before I could get the other one back in it's packaging.
