Drove to Elephant Butte NM & they wouldn't go in AGAIN. Called them & they said we were outside their warranty service area. Long story short...we had high jacks holding the bedroom slide in place and couldn't get the slides in until 7/9/2020. Jeff Dixon (warranty manager) has NO integrity, Alice Strebeck (manager) backs his bad behavior up and has no spine either, and they have no relationship with the manufacturer! They don't respond to any warranty requests. Here is the damage THEY created to get us out of their warranty area. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE!

I called this service on the recommendation of a service that I called that turned out to be NOT…read more mobile. I was calling because the door to our old bumper pull was sticking or not closing. Joe, the owner, took my call. He was very nice. When I explained that we just moved to Albuquerque and really don't have a lot of money to spend, he agreed to come by the next day and have a look since he had to be in the area anyway. Long story short, he came by and found it to be a simple issue to resolve. Didn't charge me anything. But hay, that's not all! When we told him about some issues with the furnace, he also had a look at it and did a quick diagnosis of that issue, again, free of charge! very nice guy. Very honest. And also, he quoted me his usual charges, and they are very affordable!! Just overall, knowledgeable, honest, and very nice. And went above and beyond for us!
