I have interacted with this Belle Tire a few times. The very first time is when I was coming home from the dealership and found out that I had low tire pressure. Having just come from the dealership and having issues was not a good start, then I got out and found scratched on my car. I was frustrated and defeated as I pulled into this Belle Tier since they have a free air pump. I got out to start looking at my tires and start filling them up and one of the employees gets out of his car and walks over to me to help fill up up my tires. He fills them all up for me and goes back to his car to finish his break. The fact that this employee willing came over to help me even though he was on his break spoke volumes about this group. The second instance was having battery issues. I jumped my car to get it to the shop. They were able to get me in right away and I was on my way home less than an hour after. Their prices were comparable to others around! I will continue to go over to them just because of their customer service. They also didn't offer me extra services which is amazing. read more

Went here because of the rebates were just to good to pass up. But got in a loop of disappointment and now even the rebates that I earned and filled out in time expired. Be aware that the Visa Rebate that they offer is only good for 6 months and then it's forfeited back to them. That's a ripoff because your choice is Belle Money that expires in a year or a Visa that expires in 6 months but doesn't state that that it's forfeited if not used. read more

Hello, I do not recommend. I will start again by stating that I am an A&P, "aircraft mechanic" for approximately 23 years. We are trained to inspect tires, brakes, etc. for damage and wear to maximize part life in a safe manner by using manufacturer wear limits. Today I rotated my tires because 3 months ago at Belle Tire in Camby they refused to do so. They claimed the tires were measuring 1/8" depth and needed to be replaced. I measured them then and again today at 3/32". Along with not giving me my complimentary balance and rotation that was paid for at the time of purchase, they handed me an estimate with a list of numerous things they claimed my car needed at a cost of $2042. My car does not need any of these repairs. I keep my car in excellent condition, always. read more

This is a brand new location having opened the latter half of this year. My sister bought new tires here after having shopped the internet for the lowest price for Michelin tires. I decided to walk in for a quote last week. They helped by telling me to wait for this weekend when there would be "sales." So I waited and sure enough they were offering two different rebates. In addition to already getting a good price on the tires, the mail-in rebate really helped, so I splurged a little bit to get a tire with more traction than just the average "street" tire. I could really tell the difference in driving on wet streets. So I came back the yesterday and bought another set of the exact same tires for my other car and to take advantage of the rebate. If you need tires, you might want to get a quote here before you buy. They said they have sales all the time. read more

Brought my car in a week and a half ago to have the front brakes and rotors replaced and an alignment done. Took the car home and everything felt fine. The next morning my low tire light was on so I brought it back in to have them check to see if I had picked up a nail. They checked it out and told me I needed my TPMS sensor replaced, so I went ahead and had that done. Two days later, my low tire light was on again so I brought it back and explained that it is making a grinding noise when the tire rotates but I can't see anything noticeable in the tire. Again, they checked it out and said it is just low because this is the time of year where temperature changes can cause tire pressure to fluctuate. Now 2 days later, and my low tire light is on again and it is making an unbearable grinding noise. I called Belle Tire and explained everything to them again but this time I am anxious to drive my car with the noise it is making. The tech on the phone told me it's either a cracked rim or sometimes there is a plate in the back of the brake plate that bends and they can take a look and bend it back. If that were the case, they would have seen either issue the 3 times it has been there in the past week and a half. I will not go back, I will take my business to tire barn next door from now on. read more

I will not return to this store. I purchased new tires for my vehicle Oct 2019. Good tires and a good price. After a couple weeks I had to add air to my tires. No biggie, right. Well, I figured out they did not reset my tire pressure monitoring system. I later took it back to have this corrected. Earlier this week I returned for my free balance and rotation. They got me in and out in about an hour. Not great, not horrible either. Note, my previous tire store typically had this accomplished in about half the time. Upon checkout they said it would be $60. He saw the look on my face before I got a word out he said/asked if I had purchased the tires there and I said yes, and he then said, no charge. Do they do this on the regular? I hope not. Innocent people may be paying for what should be free. Also, once again they failed to reset my tire pressure monitoring system. I will not return. read more

At Bell tire for the 3rd time for a set of 4 tires. Prices are the best at $500 for a set of four tires. BUT the tire are a low grade tire and they won't balance. 4 hours later, 3 trips in and now I'm switch back to a national brand tire. Don't fall for the lowest price tire, get the better tires, they are cheaper in the long run if your time is priceless. read more

Went for tires. Staff was friendly and adhering to Covid requirements. They honored the internet pricing. They checked the brakes said everything needed to be replaced. They gave me a quote to replace for $822. I only got the tires. Took the car to the dealership, only needed back brakes $189. Lesson is only use companies for their area of expertise or don't order pizza at a Chinese restaurant. read more

Such friendly people & great rates! Had my wife's car diagnosed before at another repair center for bad alignment & vibration issues & was quoted $875 because of bad ball joints & lower control arms needing replaced. It would take 2 days to repair. We budgeted for 2 years to get the money to do the job. Belle tire comes to town, right down the road from us. Out of curiosity we took the car there to be diagnosed. They diag the suspension for free & give us the same outcome. Two bad ball joints, have to buy the lower control arms. $480 for the job, includes alignment & free alignments for the next year. We had enough budgeted that we got the job done & got 4 new tires & and a great oil change on top! After worrying & budgeting for 2 years, we found Belle tire was were we needed to be the whole time. I took a flat riding lawnmower tire to Tire Barn and was told they don`t work on those. I went to Belle Tire right in front of them, and they told me that if I went to Tractor supply, that was about 5 minutes away, that they would put it in for me. I purchased my tires on a Friday only to discover that I had a major vibration starting on our road trip. Lost an a couple of hours because we had to stop in Bloomington only to find out that NONE of our tires were balanced. After leaving Bloomington we still had a vibration but not as bad. We dropped our vehicle for them to work on for Monday. I had to call twice to get updates. No one would call me back. Finally 230 I was told it was done. But when I picked it up, the vibration was gone but my Michelin has a real loud road noise. Why didnt they hear that? My half death hubby heard them. Michelin is as quiet as you can get. So I took it to Plainfield location and in about an hour they had had discovered the new tire had a defect. No vibration, no noise. Camby....you have lost my business!! Went to Belle Tire yesterday to get tires balanced and rotated on our Jeep Wrangler. What a great experience, Scott was truly interested in what condition we were describing about one of our tires and said they would check it out and let us know what they thought might be the problem. While we waited, we walked over to Sonic and grabbed a bite to eat. When we returned, Scott described what they found with our problem tire. They cross rotated the tires to try and reduce the thumping noise we were experiencing and explained that there was some uneven wear on the problem tire. Scott also showed us the results of the free alignment inspection and suggested that the uneven tire wear could be a result of needing an alignment. We opted to get the four wheel alignment with the one year warranty also while we were there. I couldn't be happier with the results so far and will be doing a better job of keeping up with the suggested tire rotation plan. Scott has only had my best interest in mind and was willing and able to provide me with honest, in-depth feedback. I had my car towed to this Belle Tire after my engine overheated and the radiator wasn't working properly. I was so frustrated and upset, but as soon as Scott reassured me that they were able to fix the problem, I immediately felt better. He took great care of me... just like those in the auto-repair industry should. He was very informative and quick to respond to every question I had. I'm a student in college, and I don't know much about cars, but I definitely know when an auto-repair business is trying to scam me. I just came here on a whim to see about getting an oil change, and I'm really glad I did. Brad was the manager that helped me, and he provided excellent customer service. The pricing was very affordable and I was in about within 45 minutes. They accept appointments and walk-ins as well. They have many services that they provide in addition to tire needs.
