I then asked one of the employees about some additional work that he said he could do before they left. Two employees came back to replace the inside parts to two toilet tanks. One tank we noticed was leaking the next day. I contacted the employee several times for him to fix the issue. I didn't want to get him in any trouble or cause issues because the job wasn't done quite right. I ended up calling the company back and they sent out a crew to fix the leak. I also had a strong odor now in my home after it rained. I asked them about that but decided to hire someone else who found the problem and fixed it. I didn't appreciate being left hanging with water leaking. Sadly I was put in the middle of something that should have been taken care of right. I also really liked this company and the people until this happened. They do good work but follow up with the owner for any additional issues. We have a 150 foot paver driveway and they didn't want to drive the truck onto it and into the grass. They asked all precautionary questions about plumbing, electrical and cable running through to prevent damage. They explained everything and how the system works. They pumped the tank out and replaced the filter. They were polite and very knowledgeable. I am not sure what normal price is for pump out, but it was $410.
