The toilet was working fine when we checked out and we did not flush anything inappropriate. This appears to have been a deeper plumbing issue that backed up into the unit. The agency refused to discus the matter further and AirBnB could nto help since the deposit was handled off-platform. The agency also confirmed in correspondence it was a maintenance issue.
