Tired, depressed, uncomfortable and defeated were things I was experiencing before I started to train with Dan. At the beginning of this year, I hit rock bottom like never before, I literally felt that everything I loved I was no longer interested in. One being fitness. I found dan online on instagram around october 2020, after a few months of covid i figured it would be a good time to get myself a personal trainer and lose those 15-20 pounds i've been saying i'm going to lose since i gained them 10 years ago after high school. i've tried every diet and tons of cardio and that never worked because i'd always end up getting bored and gaining what i lost. honestly i thought i would train with dan and lose the weight and be done in 2-3 months.
