The woman that taught was really nice and did a great job teaching my son how to drive (he can parallel park better than me in our dodge 1500). Segment one is two hours everyday Monday-Thursday for three weeks and you schedule six drive times with the instructor. When I first drove with the instructor I was nervous for that also as I didn't know how they'd react. The instructors had good criticism and portrayed it in a calm manner, which made me feel better about driving. I'm only a week into Segment One and I feel pretty confident about my driving skills. The only reason this place doesn't have five stars is because two hours can be a little boring (which is why I'm thankful there's a 15-20 minute break in the middle of class).

According to the instructor, she passed the clinical exam with ease, but they refused to continue with her exam after learning the controls in her van were different than the ones in their vehicle. This should have been the first question asked when she called to schedule the appointment. The instructor does not have the common sense or experience to make proper decisions and this facility is not at all equipped to train or evaluate anyone with a disability. they should disclose their lack of knowledge, ability and reasoning BEFORE taking anyones money.

I really enjoyed my lessons with him, and could not believe how quickly I developed confidence as a driver (I am 36 and had never driven before- either in the US or overseas, so I was starting from scratch). In just over a month, I felt prepared to take the road test. I actually began my lessons with another driving school, but left that school as the instructor was inattentive and unprofessional (talking/texting on his phone for most of the lesson, scheduling lessons with other students in the middle of my lesson). The behavior of the previous instructor made me extremely tense and apprehensive about what is a pretty daunting endeavor. On the other hand, when I began lessons with Ron I started to enjoy the process...which is how it should be! I also felt that he actually enjoyed teaching, which made me look forward to my lessons and made it easier to forget whatever stress I had before getting into the car with him. I also found it really convenient that Ron offers 1-hour lessons (most schools only offer 2)...that way I could take shorter lessons more frequently, and I think this was critical for me in terms of becoming more comfortable with the whole process (two hours seems like it will expedite the process but, when you are a beginner, the process is a bit overwhelming (you on edge the entire lesson, which takes a toll on the nerves) and, personally, I just wasn't able to cope with two 2-hour lessons a week. In my opinion, the shorter lessons spaced closer together were key to my success. I would highly recommend Ron if you want to not only become a great driver, but also enjoy the process.

My instructor, Laura,…read morewas absolutely wonderful--she was incredibly kind, calm, and very clear with her instructions, which helped me feel relaxed and confident while driving. She truly made the test feel much less stressful. The owner, Steve, was also great--very personable, welcoming, and easy to talk to. BEWARE: This place is a joke! My daughter had a driving test on a sun at 12pm. We were driving…read morearound trying to find the building. There were no signs. By the time we found the building it was about 12:10. We waiting in the front lot because when my daughter got a call back after she signed up for the test, she was just told to wait in the parking lot. We waited for a few minutes and no one came out. My daughter went up to the door at the front of the building and it said if you are here for a drivers test go around the back. That was few minutes that were wasted just waiting in the lot. So we go around to the back and we see the gentleman there. At this point it may have been around 12:15 PM. We pull up near where he was and he immediately told us to move the car that he was working. We didn't know who this guy was at this point. We waited for 45 minutes and saw that no one was coming out to greet us or even speak to us, so I decided to see if there was anyone in the building after I called them four or five times with no answer. When I go in there was a lady in the office that said since we are past 10 minutes late that we can no longer take the test. I explained to her that we were waiting and then someone just brushed us off and had us move the car and no one ever came back to talk to us And she just put her hands up and said well you have to talk to the owner. Finally the following day the owner calls me back and basically tells me his policy is if that were over 10 minutes late that it's not his problem and he doesn't do testing after that and basically we lost the money. I explained to him that we were there, but we didn't know where to go. We were in the parking lot and if I had an hour and we were 15 minutes late, why couldn't we use that remaining 45 minutes. He started going on about what his policy is and I tried to explain to him that It wasn't our fault. there were no signs on the building. We didn't know where to go and we were never explained this. He didn't seem to care and when I told him I was going to call the Better Business Bureau, He told me to go ahead and call them. This is not how professionalism works, so he took my $80 and scammed us and wouldn't even try to help us out. Complete thief. Enjoy my money you crooks!
