I've been driving my whole life. I am 61 years old. Laura made me feel extremely uncomfortable and nervous. I could not believe she failed me when I eat did not even go through the light I believe she's holding it against me then I missed the first appointment. The instructions on the website were not clear and I wasn't able to take my test! Laura told me to call and I would be able to reschedule without paying the fee again. I've called multiple times and it goes straight to voicemail. I want my money back wtf? Not to mention the attitudes that they had.. Yikes! read more

I took my road test today and had an amazing experience from start to finish. My instructor, Laura, was absolutely wonderful--she was incredibly kind, calm, and very clear with her instructions, which helped me feel relaxed and confident while driving. She truly made the test feel much less stressful. The owner, Steve, was also great--very personable, welcoming, and easy to talk to. You can genuinely tell that he and the rest of the staff really care about their job and about helping you succeed. Overall, everyone made me feel comfortable and supported. 10/10 experience and I would highly recommend this place to anyone. read more

BEWARE: This place is a joke! My daughter had a driving test on a sun at 12pm. We were driving around trying to find the building. There were no signs. By the time we found the building it was about 12:10. We waiting in the front lot because when my daughter got a call back after she signed up for the test, she was just told to wait in the parking lot. We waited for a few minutes and no one came out. My daughter went up to the door at the front of the building and it said if you are here for a drivers test go around the back. That was few minutes that were wasted just waiting in the lot. So we go around to the back and we see the gentleman there. At this point it may have been around 12:15 PM. We pull up near where he was and he immediately told us to move the car that he was working. We didn't know who this guy was at this point. We waited for 45 minutes and saw that no one was coming out to greet us or even speak to us, so I decided to see if there was anyone in the building after I called them four or five times with no answer. When I go in there was a lady in the office that said since we are past 10 minutes late that we can no longer take the test. I explained to her that we were waiting and then someone just brushed us off and had us move the car and no one ever came back to talk to us And she just put her hands up and said well you have to talk to the owner. Finally the following day the owner calls me back and basically tells me his policy is if that were over 10 minutes late that it's not his problem and he doesn't do testing after that and basically we lost the money. I explained to him that we were there, but we didn't know where to go. We were in the parking lot and if I had an hour and we were 15 minutes late, why couldn't we use that remaining 45 minutes. He started going on about what his policy is and I tried to explain to him that It wasn't our fault. there were no signs on the building. We didn't know where to go and we were never explained this. He didn't seem to care and when I told him I was going to call the Better Business Bureau, He told me to go ahead and call them. This is not how professionalism works, so he took my $80 and scammed us and wouldn't even try to help us out. Complete thief. Enjoy my money you crooks! read more

My driving tester (Steve) was so understanding. I was extremely nervous for my road test, but he remained calm and would start conversation which helped me a lot. Once I passed the road test, he told me what I needed to work on, and why I should work on it. Very helpful!! read more

Fast and friendly service. I've taken my kids to this test place many times. Laura is very flexible and nice. Lot better than other places. Highly recommend if you need the road test and are scared. PS, I was allowed to wait in lobby on Sunday test. read more

They do not answer their phone! When you leave a message they only call you back once and don't leave any information. If you miss their call and return it they don't call you back, so you can't ask them any questions before you set up an appointment. From reviews I chose Laura, but from the start she was not nice at all! I have ADD and needed her to slowly repeat instructions for the parking portion of the test and she flat out refused, and then became increasingly nasty. Of course I froze and failed. She was even rude to my mother, who had accompanied me, when she asked Laura if there were any specific places where I could practice my parking skills. She offered no tips or ideas to help me practice for a future test. Not at all helpful. Enjoy your free $70 dollars, Kenney Company. read more

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place! I had scheduled an appointment for my son to take his road test here back in March after hearing from multiple other parents how fantastic everyone was here. Due to the COVID situation we had to reschedule (which I was 100% on board with!) We rescheduled for the first week in July and they have been wonderful with being in constant contact about what was needed on everyone's end to make sure not only my Son was "safe" but also the instructor during this "crazy" times and following extra precautions. My Son is definitely not one of the excited ones to get his license and get on the road. He has been nervous and uncertain so getting him to practice was not always "fun". We showed up for his test on the scheduled date and my Son was very nervous and honestly probably should have practiced more than we did. He unfortunately did not pass the first part of the test and was "beating" himself up because of it. Laura was our instructor and was amazing from the word "GO". It was over 90 degrees out with what felt like 100% humidity and she stood outside while she practiced with my son over and over until he felt confident. She gave him so many great pointers and advice to make him more comfortable behind the wheel. She even said that she was willing to come in before they are technically open if it meant my Son could get on the schedule sooner. Obviously with the current situation they have a pretty booked schedule. If it were not for her being so selfless he wouldn't have gotten to retake the test until Sept. I was able to reach out to Steve (who was also incredible by the way) and due to Laura agreeing we were able to reschedule another test for this week! Laura came in a hour earlier than her scheduled time so that my Son didn't have to wait a couple months to retake the test. She made him completely comfortable and have confidence behind the wheel. I have another Son that is getting ready to take drivers training and we will definitely be using Kenney Company again when it's time for his road test! I cannot recommend Steve and his staff enough! read more

I took my son here right before everything shut down for COVID (after the test we went and SOS had just closed for Covid that day). They allowed me to ride with them during the test which was great. I kept quiet and let them do their thing. The instructor was kind, fair, understanding and very helpful. I wish I could remember her name, she was an older woman and was amazing. Cannot say enough great things about Kenney Company, and especially Laura! She has the perfect balance of personality and professionalism to make this difficult experience for new drivers just a bit more tolerable. Laura is very thorough and fair, and equally engaging and pleasant, which often times is not the norm for those that oversee road tests. Kenney was great with scheduling, as everything can be done online and they have weekend hours for testing as well. Especially appreciated the email from Kenney after scheduling, requesting documents sent to Laura via text beforehand, and thus the ability to text directly with her as the examiner prior to the test. Took my son, who was EXTREMELY nervous, and Laura was our instructor and she was so great! She helped ease his mind right away before he even got in the car, by telling him just to relax and understand nobody is perfect! Then she was very polite while helping on the road and gave great tips for him to improve in the areas he needs. I highly recommend driving with Laura! Thank you so much to Steve and Mary at Kenney Company! Yesterday my son had his drivers test through a different driving company. When we arrived, I had the wrong registration. He was not allowed to take his test, and as a parent I felt horrible. I called every driving test location around asking if anyone had an opening. Steve made me an appointment for the next day, only to call me back asking if we could be at his office within an hour for my son to take the test! He saved the day! To top it off, Mary was great! She made my son feel so comfortable and really relaxed his nerves. Today, we have one happy 16 year old with his license in his hands on his birthday! Thank you Kenney Co. I just did my motorcycle skills test with this company. I called on Friday and got an appointment on Saturday. On the phone I got a good run-down of what will be expected and got all my questions answered. On the day of the test, the tester was very courteous, helpful and relaxed. She didn't rush me and made sure I knew exactly what was expected. I was in and out in 1/2 hour. I highly recommend this company. read more

Amazing, friendly, helpful. Scheduling was a breeze online. I tested on August 11 and days before they let me practice parking in the lot to prepare for my test. Mary, one of the instructors, even came over to comment on my parking which was super helpful! The day of I came in and they checked my paper work and I made conversation with the other woman there (Laura) who was also super sweet and helpful. When it came to the test itself, I had Mary and she was very calm and collected and made the trip as stress free as possible.
