She opened the salon door calm, collected, and completely confident while I walked in feeling embarrassed, defeated, and convinced my hair was beyond saving. Not only did she squeeze me in at the last minute, she willingly took on a corrective cut and corrective color that many stylists wouldn't touch!!! especially with zero notice! She never made me feel like it was impossible or I was a problem. She just got to work. Less than three hours later, mind you....never has my hair taken less than 3hrs for a normal color and cut, & somehow this woman literally transformed it! Watching someone operate at that level of skill is incredible. My mom was a hairdresser for years and always took clients at the house. Trust, I've seen a lot! There was no panic, no gimmicks, no upselling...just years of expertise, thoughtful decision-making, and genuine artistry. But what impressed me even more was who she is. Jody is honest. She's real. She has incredibly high standards without an ounce of ego. Since then, my friends and family haven't stopped telling me how much brighter and lighter I look. Not just my hair...but me!!! They keep saying I'm smiling with my whole face again and standing a little taller. And they're right!
