They aren't only focusing on teeth but updated technology to help with treatment. Seriously upgrades since my braces days. They an open office setting in the back, like a circle of chairs and the desk in the middle. (Same set up as the past too) but of course updated chairs and equipment. It's awesome too see some familiar faces from days and knowing my kid is in great hands, definitely takes the stress off. Scheduling future appointments is a breeze and they give you your note on the same page with off the info. The treatment plans are laid out in front of you and all the expectations they have for treatment and that we need to except of treatment. Financials were spelled out to me clearly and the expectations for that as well. So far everyone at Iman and Baldwin has made the beginning process for my son's treatment a breeze and my kid is already on the know for the check in process. I'll take pictures next visit.
