For months, they told me I need to get two crowns as it was "threatening" to the rest of my teeth; my current dentist, who has been in practice longer told me not to worry, as they look fine......scam 2. They forgot to charge me for toothpaste and claimed they notified me three times when it was only twice and even had the audacity to send the collections company after me......lie In summary, they tried to scam me and lied to me. Anyway, Dr. Senn, (I love her name hahaha!) is a God send! My first appointed I arrived on time, had minimal paper work to complete and was immediately taken to an exam room. When I met her she was very warm & personable yet very professional as well. She was very descriptive about everything that needed to be done and explained the cost and the percentage insurance would pay. I appreciate the fact there are TVs in each exam room. It's a great distraction. She is very gentle and considerate during any procedure. She always remains a calm, relaxed with a steady demeanor which helps me stay relaxed. Her assistant is very helpful and personable as well. I need a lot of work done. Dr. Senn is my #1 choice for myself and my family's dental needs. I feel that she is fair, honest, dependable, considerate, compassionate, detail oriented, talented, organized, a perfectionist with her work and well trained in her field. I'm not sure if it's appropriate to say this but I am really glad she is young because I don't want her to retire any time soon! Dr. Music personally told me he would never make any money if he could only get what insurance paid.

It's a great space, small and quaint-very welcoming atmosphere. I've known Dr Hernández for years and he does a great job every single time. Thankfully I've only needed cleanings but my husband's had a cap put on and they did a great job. The schedule is pretty flexible. Didn't have to wait long at all for an appointment, unless some places where you have to wait weeks and weeks. Dr Hernández and his staff are very professional and do a great job of walking you through everything from your paperwork to your check out. My bite was off, teeth were filed down, implant hardware drilled too far down causing crack and eventually causing them to break. I've been left without functioning teeth for months. I was told if I removed my negative review, they would "make it right," but nothing was ever fixed. At my last visit (after major knee surgery), I waited nearly three hours in pain, only to be given the runaround they didn't trim dentures to fit my implants lied to my face and said they didn't have the parts when tech brought whole container of attachments into room but doctor Seyal didn't know she did and tried to change them for universal parts that didn't originally go to my implants. When confronted about lies they laughed in my face. Prior to appointment they knew my situation and that I couldn't walk had to move appointments around get a babysitter and boyfriend had to take off work. I feel disrespected, dismissed, and dehumanized. My trust is gone. Patients deserve honesty, compassion, and proper care -- not broken promises and to be treated like garbage. Shame on this doctor and office for how they do business and treat people. If you value your time quality of work and service don't go here.

I'm an old lady and ergo not very interested in electronic reviewing. But, I was there for cleaning last week and Dr Asseff asked if I had any problems so I told her I thought there was a little gap between a filling she had done and my gum. It didn't bother me. She had some time so she fixed it at that appointment. When I went to leave the receptionist, Jessica, said there wasn't any charge on my chart and went to ask the doc how much to charge me. Dr Asseff said nothing. I said that wasn't right since she did a filling. She said she stands by her work and since she did the original filling of course there would be no charge. Lots of people including myself still have a bit of a phobia about going to the dentist. Do NOT be afraid! She is calm and gentle. I only moved to Louisville three yrs ago and I am so thankful I found such a great dentist!!
