Quality work and people and the price for the package was extremely reasonable. Jordan, our sales guy, was simply amazing. He walked through our house with us to talk options, was very honest and told us what he thought we did (and didn't) need. Also, he scheduled the AC install just one day before a huge heat wave. ("Let me see if I can pull some strings to get this installed before it's too hot.") During install the electrician found that our furnace's transformer had blown. Jordan arranged for their "furnace whisperer" to come out that same afternoon to take a look, free of charge. It was fixed within 30 minutes. I will say that there was a wiring snafu with the AC unit, causing it to short the fuse a couple weeks after we got it. Jordan had given me his personal cell number, so I texted him with the issue and he sent someone out that same day (literally the 4th of July, a Saturday). The issue was resolved in just a few hours after the text. Would recommend Snelling in a minute. They were friendly, honest, and took care of us the entire way.

We were given a lot of important information and time to consider our decision as the cost was significant. I think the biggest concern I had about this company is that when we had to install the air conditioner later on when it was warmer, the technician that came out was incredibly rude to my husband when he pointed out a preference he was hoping for either the cement block placement. When we brought up our concerns directly to the sales rep, particularly the way he was treated him as a person of color. This company dismissed his experience and tried to justify it as something else. I would really encourage them to make sure their various staff who interact with customers (who pay thousands of dollars for their product) have a clear understanding of what quality customer service needs to be.

Gary Dwallibee came to my home on February 28, 2012 to diagnose my washing machine. He determined…read morethe problem to be the pump and proceeded to take twenty minutes to open the washing machine door--charge: $89.95. Gary called later that day to inform me the estimate to repair my washing machine was almost $300. This did not include the $89.95 I had already paid. He told me he would call to schedule service when the part came in. Thinking this estimate to be a wee bit high, I began to call around. I found a reputable repair shop that completed the repair for less than $150. I called Aabbott Ferraro to indicate that I had the problem solved--service no longer needed. The woman that took my call was very friendly. However, less than an hour later, Gary Dwallible called me, and he was fuming. Indignantly, Gary lectured me on cost of doing business, restocking fees and commitments. I apologized for any inconvenience I may have caused, and explained that I was not in a in a financial position to absorb a more than $200 overcharge. I indicated to Gary that the $89.95 I had already paid, for what should have a 5 minute visit, should more than cover any expenses incurred. In a huff, Gary demanded that I never call Aabbott Ferraro again. I am not sure if he thought this was ever a real possibility, or he was just venting at a former customer.
