Today was my first time trying out this place, as soon as I walked in I was like "Omg, this is beautiful" I literally love the cleanliness, it smells beautiful and the A/C was perfect! I even took a snapchat video.., it was my first time waxing my eyebrows ever, and yes! The ending results was Amazing! I have never done my eyebrows professional, I really wished we took a before picture because my eyebrows was so not the business it was "being bored at home, wanted to pluck any kind of hair" style! In other words "F'd Up" & most places would prefer to grow it out before coming back to wax and shape. But she did a beautiful job! I felt brand new, I love love love it. Also! I did a Eyelash full set, AGAIN!! An amazing job done, first timer and no complaints at all. I love her attitude, shop and her herself! So much Aloha! A girl like me from the Big island, looks forward to meeting people with plenty aloha.. I also, bought face masks, I can't wait to try it out after my lashes are fully dry!! All I can say is AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING. Tihana (Owner) and her staff are wonderful and very friendly. Salon is clean and the decor is beautiful. Very professional but they provide a fun environment. She fixed my lashes after getting mine butchered from another salon. Talk about miracle worker. I had barely any lash to work with and somehow she worked her magic and did her best to fix them!!!! Love her!! She's also very fast with her clients when it comes to lash extensions. Other places I have been to take HOURS and they don't check on you to see how your doing during the process. Tihana? She does that and more. Best lash technician I have EVER been too. My eyes didn't burn, and it wasn't uncomfortable when taping my bottom lashes down. I absolutely love my lashes and what's even better is I can't even feel them! Very light weight. So today 9/11 I was really in a bad place I was really stressed. I went to tranquility and my day turned around 1st the owner Tiana was nice enough to fit me in even push back her other obligation just to get my lashes on fleek. She is such a great person with excellent customer service. Next there was Ruby who also fit me in ( cause I had no appointment) I was given a relaxing hair wash followed by the best blow out. I was totally satisfied. Tranquility has become family to me from the moment I walk in the door I am treated as tho I am. The staff there are amazing Joseph who does massages has the best customer service. I think that will be the next service I will be getting. I will 100% recommend everyone to have the experience I have everytime I walk they those doors :) read more

Amazing!!! TBW has such a welcoming environment every time I come here. I go to Tiana to get my lashes done every 2-3 weeks. She's always does such an amazing job on my lashes. She never rushes, takes her time, as any great artist would in their own line of work. I wouldn't call her a perfectionist, but the work of art speaks for itself. She's follows up with you for any upcoming appointments. Suuuper easy to talk to as well as the rest of the staff and she's willing to make adjustments to help you feel more comfortable. I've gone to other lash technicians before, but Tiana and TBW has by far stood out the most to me. From the cleanliness of their studio, to the aloha that you feel from workers. Got lashes done with TASHA and my set was very uncomfortable lashes was falling out right after I left...I seen that all of it was on my skin which was very itchy HEAVY and irritating... I could not handle the clumsiness of it the set was ugly so ugly that both eyes did not look the same I got the set removed the next day.... Update- She posted a picture of this review bashing my review about her work on her instagram !!! 1 Totally UNPROFESSIONAL 2 Tech who removed THE set CLEARLY stated to me IMPROPER isolation and cheap lashes!!!! I am not a fake person and this is not a fake review... whatever helps her get through her day of guilt!!!! Tranquility is a must if you're looking for a great massage right here in Waianae. I enjoy the attention to details, and they really listen to my individual needs. I was already sold on the massage, but after having my eyebrows waxed last week, I'm even more thrilled about this place. I'm super picky about my eyebrows, and thankfully, they are looking better than ever! Another plus is that Tranquility also does hair! I was pleasantly surprised with this salon. This would be my first time ever gone to a hair salon in my own home town. Ive had and gone to my former hair salon outside of Waianae for years. I took a chance coming her and I am beyond impressed with Tranquility. They were able to make time for me and my sister to have both our hair cut & colored. Tihana and Joe were amazing! My wife and I came to Oahu for vacation and scheduled a couple's massage for some R&R. I have had a neck fusion in two spots and Joseph was on point with the pressure and neck stretches he did for me. My neck has not felt as loose and relaxed as it did after he worked on me. My eyebrows was looking whacked wanted to get it cleaned up and waxed. Didn't want to go to one of those drive thru wax places where you are just another number and they didn't care how the job looked cause there was someone behind you waiting. I used to come here monthly when I was boxing, and I loved everything about this place! Fantastic proprietors, and the scheduling was very flexible! It has been awhile so I've forgotten the names of a few of the masseur who I normally looked for, but he was a sports therapist and he was amazing. My back would feel entirely new, and I was able to get back into strenuous physical activity the following weekday.
