I was very impressed with Jason at Heritage Health Physio. He spent the time to diagnose my…read morecondition and actually explained in great detail what it was and what I needed to do to get better. I've been to heaps of other physios previously and the experience at Heritage Health was the not like the others. Firstly, the physio saw me one on one for the whole time I was there. Second, he gave me harder exercises to do after each visit and he checked to make sure I was doing them correctly. Lastly, to my surprise, he actually gave me a time frame as to when I should expect to get back to normal. Usually other physios just brush off the question but Jason said to expect around 4 weeks depending on how my exercises went and sure enough, 4 weeks later, I was completely pain free and back to sport. I highly recommend these guys and will be telling all my friends.
